Early morning when everything is fresh! Amazing coffee and donuts of course. Maybe take some to your job everyone will love you. My favorite is the small munchkins. I also love there hash browns and sausage biscuits.

Had a long day by the time I hit the drive thru on Tuesday, 12-7-21 & had plenty more to do & wanted caffeine. I had a coupon in the app for a free espresso drink. I ordered a large caramel craze & a chicken, bacon, & cheese croissant stuffer. I’d asked for a cheese croissant not realizing they were all together.
Initially, I didn’t know which drink I was ordering & asked for a minute. I gave my order and waited only to hear the young lady ask me if I was ready to order. I repeated my order. She scanned my qr code & the code for my free drink with no problem.
The picture of the croissant stuffer is exactly how it looked while still in the Dunkin parking lot. Don’t know what happened to the top of the stuffer.

Went here and the girl got upset that we did a mobile order while waiting in the drive thru. There was literally no one in line behind us or in front of us. Then, when we got to the window, she once again stated that we could not do that and to just order normally next time. Whatever, no big deal. I responded “okay” and she handed me my coffee and then slammed the window shut. I was still waiting for a donut and bagel. After a few minutes someone walked up to the window and asked what we were waiting for. I told them the rest of our order and then told them what happened. They told me to have a good day and threw my bag at me, which hit me in the face, with the donut and bagel inside. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I try to avoid this place after they changed out the staff. Well I didn’t feel like driving far so decided to pull up and I had a very pleasant experience with the drive thru person her name is on receipt Hiwanna not sure if that is her name. It’s not often that you get exceptional customer service made a great start of the day.

I was very disappointment when I ate from here. The only thing that was good about it was the size of the sandwich, but the actual sandwich had no taste to it all!! The hot chocolate from QT is ten times better. That was definitely my first and last time ordering food from there!

Ordered an ice coffee today that was made incorrectly. After asking to have it remade, I was told I would need to park and come inside because they were on “drive thru” time. Less than 5 minutes after this interaction, I saw the drive thru cashier standing outside smoking. Will never return to this Dunkin location (or any) again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DUNKIN’ DONUTS!
Each and every single time I have tried this Dunkin’ donuts, they just can’t seem to make the most simple coffees. The lines are long, drive-thru service is slow, and then when you receive your order nine times out of 10 it’s completely wrong. Once again wasted $10 ordering two drinks, both signature drinks (vanilla chai and an iced smoke a latte) absolutely disgusting! How can you work here and not know the basic drinks on your menu?! Each and every single time I come through the drive-thru the drink is made differently It’s very simple. I’ve worked at a Dunkin’ donuts, it’s not hard to follow your training. I wish I could give this store zero stars for the amount of money I’ve spent here for them to mess up every single order

Garbage place always out of everything. Don’t know how to make anything. Bacon is always under cooked. Drive thru speaker sounds like they are whispering. No wonder they’re opening another one a mile down the road.

One of the nastiest deep friars I’ve ever seen. Wouldn’t surprise me if the grease they’re using was a week+ old. I had to throw my hash browns out of my window due to the putrid smell.

Where do I start. Waited in line at the counter for 15 minutes before I was helped. No one was wearing a hat or hair net (not cool). Getting in & out of the parking lot is bananas. Ordered a donut, it was slapped in a bag without the wax paper. I reach in to grab my donut and right into the melted chocolate glaze goes my hand (not cool). Finally which I couldn’t overlook, the young lady at the front counter had on a filthy work shirt. An apron would have worked well to cover a filthy shirt or going home to change much better or best yet, a neat little stash of back-up shirts for employees. The leadership team has so much room for improvement at this location. Great opportunities for coaching, development, increased sales and better customer reviews.
