If you want to feel like you don’t matter (on your birthday) go to Ziggis.
I tried to use my birthday coffee reward from the app. The people in the store were all annoyed when the app didn’t work, made me feel bad for trying, made me pay for the coffee, and told me to contact “the app.” The app said they would not help. Happy birthday to me.

Friendly staff, above-average coffee.
My only complaint is that it is too loud inside bc the furniture and other room selections. Everything is hard and echos. They need some things to absorb sound. I couldn’t even concentrate to what what on my ear buds bc of girls taking and laughing a couple tables down.

Went here this morning and it was wonderful! From the very kind man who patiently took my order to the fantastic woman at the drive through. I didn’t catch her name but she was a delight to talk today. The great conversation with her and delicious drinks made my day!

Bad customer service. I found out that we are not allowed to do call ahead orders which is okay. I was told they would do it today however they did not start it until after I arrived and paid. Why was I told it was okay today ? Also, I was not offered a punch card like the lady on front of Me and the coffee is just mediocre. Also costs more than Starbucks and it is not that great.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Drinks were well crafted and hot. Seating was adequate, only four easy chairs–the rest were metal low-backed. Plenty of parking. Location includes a drive-thru.

Good coffee and other drinks. They make the drinks as requested, always. The staff is very friendly and the service is always good. They have good snack options also but I haven’t had a chance to try much. We mostly go here for coffee and chai. Probably the best place to get coffee around this area.

Very good coffe for an above average cost, but not the most expensive cup of Joe you can get that also tastes great. Their food is ok but obviously the coffee is where it’s at. The only gripe I have is that sometimes the wait for things is a little long, but not long enough for you to hate going there.
