Absolutely the worst DD I’ve been to in this state. I travel a lot for work and if you checked my app you would see how many free drinks and how much money I actually spend at dunkins. I have had a few bad experiences at this particular location, but this is the last I will visit that location. Ordered a bagel sandwich, no one behind me so there should be no rush. The sandwich was so disgusting I took one bite and almost threw up. The bread wasn’t even toasted, I mean it tasted like dough with a sprinkle of Dish Soap. I have never written a review in my life but I’m tired of spending hard earned money on things such as this. I would absolutely never return to this location

Will Never Go Back.
Went through the drive through and staff member was short with a poor attitude.
I ordered a variety order of the Munchies. Before leaving the parking lot I checked the order and they were rock hard with next to no variety.
I went back through the drive through since their lobby was closed to ask for fresh donuts with specific flavors that they did not include. They said that they do not have any fresh donuts and they will not make any. I asked about the flavors that were not included and they said they’re out.
I will never be back and feel that my money was wasted.
Poor service. Poor product. Poor willingness to help.

I love this Dunkin! Great products and the staff makes the experience ‘top notch.’ Kudos to whoever is doing the training. No matter who mans the window, or what time of day, I find them pleasant and polite. I love their refreshers!

The manager here was so very sweet and understanding. I had a horrible experience at a completely different Dunkin’ and she fixed my order and refused to let me pay. Explained to me how I could let someone know what happened to me and was just so nice. I come here whenever I get coffee as my treat after physical therapy or a really bad day. So I know these people and I drove 40 minutes to come where I knew I could get good coffee and smiling faces. I have never had to wait long or seen it be dirty here. I can’t recommend this Dunkin’ enough! If you are in the area swing by for some excellent tasting coffee and smiling faces and good attitudes!

There coffee is good. Service is okay depending on who you get. I got a grilled cheese well that’s what I ordered two rock hard pieces on bread with some ice cold cheese in the middle. It wasn’t warm it was gross.

Received wrong items. After calling to let them know we were coming back to get a corrected order, the blame game began. Stating they didn’t gave what I ordered and the person taking the order should have explained it. Which he did not. When asking for chocolate glazed I received chocolate cake, I was informed there’s a picture on there I should’ve known what I was getting. Tone of voice is everything! I will not come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Staff lacked professionalism. Asked for certain donuts that were in sight and were told they were out, simply left because I didn’t want to make a big deal but after my departure I heard both workers bust in laughter which confirmed they were just messing with another customer. Quite disappointed with their staff.

Ordered a coffee online for pick up inside and when i get there the inside is closed. So i wait in the drive thru for over an hour and when i get the the window they try to gice me a coffee thats been sitting so long that all the cold foam was gone. So i asked for them to remake it they just happen to be out of hazelnut. How does it take an hour making coffee? Fast food places are even faster. I won’t be spending my money at this location again!!!

What a joke. Ordered 5 items from DoorDash and only got 2 items that were correct. Was missing 2 of the 5 items and one of the items was so incorrect that it blows my mind. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel and received a bagel with cream cheese. The receipt that they taped to the bag even states everything, but of course no one pays attention.

Dunking Donuts is always out of ” Donuts” waited 35 minutes in line to pull up and be asked what we ordered and if we paid. Also to make things worse the lobby was closed. This location needs to get their stuff together.
