Great spot to quickly pick up a reasonably price box that will surely please your family. Friendly, attentive staff helps you decide what you want and quickly delivers what you order, with little wait or annoyance. Quality is the same as the double-the-price “Shipleys”.

Tasty just not the same anymore. It’s like they’re trying to be like that other Donut place I can’t stand(krispy kreme) if you want awesome donuts just go to Bakers Dozen

Entered and watched the employees backs facing the front of house from the kitchen doorway, snacking on a bag of donuts for a solid 3-5 minutes before they acknowledged my presence and waited on me (without washing/sanitizing hands). Employees also do not wear masks while cooking or in the kitchen, only put on in front of customers. Gave my order 3 times before they took my payment. Still gave me the wrong donut. Ordered eggs over easy and the whites were runny while yolks completely overdone. Bacon ALL fat. Watched a drive-thru customer literally bang on the window for service after sitting there for so long without being waited on. They were not busy at all. My first and definitely last time.

Food is pretty good for the price you pay. It’s a nice cozy place. I’ve been here many times and service can be good, but it can also be bad. They usually have good service. But there has been a time or two when the service was terrible. If they mess up your order they fix it immediately and tend to your every need. Plenty of parking spaces and plenty of food to order. They are very welcoming and I’d definitely come back some time soon.

Quality way down while prices are up. And there is no way to tell how much you are paying before purchasing ax prices are not posted.

This place doesn’t care about good food or service , they over cook the food (ever got brown eggs ??)

The building is falling apart, go check out the staff at different hours , what a mess of people

Their is no standards on food, everyone cooks different, i worked there for a few weeks, trying to make improvements, but management and owners don’t seem to care “everyone is adults, so why should they be told what to do” ..

The place needs to be condemned and torn down.

I would strongly encourage you to go to Krispy Kreme, it cost a lil more, but the donuts taste so much better

food was just not it, donuts were ok but when i got my drink it tasted off, so i poured it out to see what was wrong and i saw dirt, i rlly do feel bad saying thses things but its just the truth.

The best menu item here is the McKenzie Kingcake (offered seasonally). The location has limited parking options, though it does feature a drive-thru. The tastee burgers are a hit or miss, and the other McKenzie recipe items (buttermilk drops, blackout cake, pineapple upside down cake, etc.) are pretty decent. The morning and afternoon staff is pleasant enough, but evening hours bring out a third string lackluster kitchen performance (hence, do not order tastee burgers at this location in the evening; even my teenage son and his friends commented negatively on the quality).
