Absolutely horrible service. The guy at the window was absolutely rude and had the worst attitude. I understand making coffee may not be the highlight of your day but so early in the morning with a bad attitude! Come on man! Not Only was the coffee order completely wrong the food was absolutely ice cold. Now please explain how’s it that I just ordered the food and it’s absolutely ice cold. And the hash Browns how are the hash Browns completely cold yet burned. The service at this location is absolutely horrendous management should definitely think about retraining their employees I’m proper customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked the person at the drive thru if macchiatos we’re part of the deal on the app and was told yes. When I got to the window I was told that a macchiato isn’t part of the deal then they took 10 minutes talking to each other (4 employees) to figure out how if it is or isn’t part of the deal. I ended up driving away with no coffee before he came back to the window. I’m on my way to work, I can’t wait for the employees to figure out how to do their job.

Well I don’t drive and it’s been closed on the inside for 2 years. I’m assuming it’ll never reopen. I don’t know how well it is now but before it was really good.

The staff made up for a less than immaculate facility. The entrance is strange and appears as a 1979 re-model that went bad; however, two youngsters seemed on top of their game and were forthcoming and on the mark in providing the information needed regarding the coffee selection. the donuts were good enough, but prolly on their last legs to before transforming into donut – ions…..

Bacon I order was cold. You could see the grease on it was white, cold. When I said something the answer was is made ahead so when you order you have to ask to be warm up. I’ve been under the impression when you ask for food if is supposed to be warm , it such be croissant was not fresh either. Never again

Very spacious with 2 entrances to the establishment. The staff was very attentive and very friendly – especially the Asian cashier by the name of Kim.
