After years of being a DD customer, I am honestly totally disappointed in the poor service and treatment I’ve been receiving from this store the past few weeks. They used to have great service and pleasant employees, but now, their afternoon/evening staff is horrendous, can’t get drive thru orders right, the sandwiches they make are disgusting and missing the meat, or other ingredients… they clearly have not been trained properly or they just don’t care. I would recommend trying a different store where they know what they’re doing because clearly this place has declined in service, staffing and friendliness. I would not recommend this particular store until they make changes and improve their service to meet customer’s expectations and a correctly prepared order.
Today was the last straw. I ordered 2 drinks and 3 sandwiches and only got the drinks, the sandwiches were missing ingredients so I returned them and they refused to correct the problem.
I have contacted the corporate office.

My regular dunkin on my way to work. I never have issues so I’m genuinely surprised by some of the other reviews. The ladies in there are always nice and can accommodate dairy substitutes. I always hit the drive thru on my way to work and service is always fast and with a smile! Thank you to all of these employees for their hard work, they definitely deserve a raise

Employees inside but all doors locked at 4pm. I then tried the drive-thru and they didn’t know some of items from their own menu. After explaining what their products are, I got the order right with a smile.

I used this drive through in the morning and I have no issues they are relatively fast. However this afternoon I stopped in for some coffee waited 10 minutes outside, the car in front of me pulled away when I pulled up to the drive-thru no one was answering. I called the store the young lady who answered the phone said the speaker was broken and that we needed to come inside a place the order. I parked and went inside and I was told Inside by a different person that they were in the middle of switching shifts she was the only one there and then if I needed anything I needed to go through the drive-thru. I explained to her what happened and she said to me I don’t care who you spoke to I’m the only one here if you want anything you need to go through the drive-thru. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I would’ve given them a zero star…This place is horrible! They have the worse staff ever!!!
I just left the place ordered a large Matcha & the 1st little girl messed it up and the 2nd lady had the biggest attitude because I had certain requests. She told me between her lips to why don’t I go ahead and make it myself. Crazyyy!! They should FIRE all those immature people that are only working there for the money not to serve the people.

Too long waiting bcuz server had to b called from back area. She was on active personal speakerphone call entire time while waiting on me. How annoying! Employees should make personal calls on their own time, preferably in private.

Just left this place 7/20/22 3.25pm and drive thru lady was absolutely rude and continue to shout at us for our order , spoke to manager and she didn’t care at all. Very unfortunate as really nice place but staff just ruin the experience, not a hope in hell I’ll be returning to this place again
