Krispy Kreme Reviews

Who doesn’t love donuts!? Krispy Kreme is a great place for glazed, soft donuts. They have others and they are good but! you can’t go wrong with glazed. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you have the app/rewards then you should be able to get a free dozen glazed on you birthday/month with no purchase. Can’t beat that!. Coffees are good. During the different seasons they offer a special flavor that is available. If you haven’t been then you should give them a try. For all those glazed donut lovers out there that haven’t been here. I don’t know what your doing with your life.

What can I say? Delicious and fresh as always. First time I tried mocha coffee and was GREAT! Original glazed donuts ROCKS!

None Of Your Business

Disappointed, I ask for a dozen assorted doughnuts, and got a dozen glazed. When I got back to my hotel I opened the dozen assorted to a variety that wasn’t very good at all. I would’ve picked my doughnuts, but they were extremely busy. I don’t understand why you would throw 2 plain sugared, 2 long john, and ANOTHER original glazed. They had a huge variety! But instead cheaped out for the cheapest doughnuts in the rack.

Fast service, staff is friendly even though they convinced me to get a dozen instead of 6 but that’s alright. I loved their glazed frozen coffee drink with an original glazed donut. So good! I come here every so often and I’m never disappointed. Keep up with my adventures below

Went to try the new “Twix” donut which was much better than I expected. Line was long but it went by quick. Cashier was somewhat incompetent and the light was on and said we can’t get a free donut, I guess they don’t have that promo anymore… but overall pretty good experience and the classic glaze is always delish.

The donuts were as delicious as always and they were nice and hot. The service was good but not overly friendly. And even though I went inside, I wasn’t offered a free hot donut. Oh well. They were still really delicious. And they didn’t even question my service dog being in there (she was wearing her vest and everything) so that was really nice! All in all a good experience!

Friendly staff. Soft, sweet and delicious donuts.

Great service! Cashier Elijah was really professional & calm. I just want to point that out as I witnessed a customer before me being a little bit condescending while explaining his religious diet which I just want to emphasize the cashier was not any fault, & I can tell that the cashier was just asking him out of curiosity & what seemed like to be to carry a conversation, that’s all. Again no issue with the customers order. It’s just some customers can be jerks or come across as one, and even make their religions look bad. Customers service was excellent, please give them their credits, promotions etc. And managers, please don’t bend over for customers always right, regardless if they’re white & privilege. Complacency & bending over contributes to the problem existing, stop, make it go extinct. Customers are not a God nor do they have no right to disrespect your workers. So please defend & protect your workers if you don’t want to lose them & then blame it as news outlets like to say “too lazy to work”.

Food industry is difficult as it is and dealing with “Hangry” hormonal customers & unpredictable customers while deescalating a customer is a skill & a patience that deserves good pay & the protection of workers.

Other than thank you for the fast transaction process in my order. Clean lobby & clean presentation.

Donuts are great as always. Can be really crowded depending on when you come. Drive thru line can go all the way out of the parking lot and I to the street if you come later in the day or whenever there is a deal going on. The inside can get busy as well but that line tends to move faster. I don’t really think a dozen donuts are worth $15 but they’re good so I’ll come by every once in a while. I also come in the morning when there aren’t any lines which makes it much quicker.

This place stays busy! Indoor line is sometimes out the door and the drive thru wraps around the building. The later it gets, the worse the lines are. It takes about 30+ minutes to wait in line for a couple of donuts. It is worth it though if you don’t mind waiting! They taste warm and fresh if you buy them single and not as a dozen that was already pre-packaged. Can’t go wrong with a classic glazed donut, always so yummy!
