I was headed back home today from visiting with a Friend. I wanted something for the road. I got the Apple Fritter and it was Delicious. I love the employee’s, they were so nice. The shop was full of people and so many assorted Donuts to choose from.❤️

One of our FAVORITE places to stop on our Saturday morning bike rides is Oakland Donuts! Soooo fresh. Perfect for a pick-me-up in the midst of a long ride. Friendly & fast service too!!

I’ve stopped in here a few times after leaving work to get doughnuts for my family. It’s usually so early that there’s no one here but, myself so, the dry and, seemingly rushed approach I would get religiously, I thought was just apart of the employees demeanor, that is until I stopped in this morning. There was myself, an African American woman and, an older gentleman, you can guess his race for yourself, inside. I was greeted with the usual dry and, rushed what can I get you, no biggie, it’s obviously her personality, that was until I was walking away with my order and, heard her not only greet the gentleman with a “Good Morning”, but, she also asked the man how he was doing! Needless to say, I won’t be returning here!

Never can go wrong here. This staff is always as nice as can be and make you feel welcome everytime you walk through the door. One of my favorite breakfast spots in TN.

Oakland Donuts. What can I tell you.. They are pretty awesome. This place has been through a lot of owners but the current owners are pretty awesome too. Super friendly, and always smiling.
They use fresh oil every day so you never get that greasy burnt taste like some places. Donuts are always fresh and they have one of the better Bavarian cream filling around.
Pros: Donuts!! Friendly service, fresh, good prices

I live in Louisville but stop here every time I visit my parents in Oakland – and nearly every day I’m in town. Donuts are amazing, breakfast sandwiches are fantastic and the owners are just incredibly friendly. Oakland is fortunate to have them and you should support this local business!

This is a great, locally-owned donut shop, right in the heart of small-town Oakland. They offer breakfast sandwiches, mild and spicy kolaches, apple fritters, and always the freshest donuts. But get there early: they are a popular place and their selection wanes as the morning wears on!

03 11 22 Friday morning 7:15 AM and a donut shop with no coffee going and all pots dry. Is this America anymore or are we just so use to substandard service we accept it.
02 12 22 Saturday morning 7:55AM and another long line, no coffee in the pots and one person running a registar and the folks of Oakland accept this as a way off doing business. Sheep in Oakland love the long lines and spending money at a place that showes you they don’t care.
Never enough people working and the food is not worth the long wait in line.
