Mojo Donuts & Fried Chicken Reviews

Very good donuts. They are very appealing and while I do feel the price is on the higher side of the price point, there donuts could use more fillings. They do look decadent and taste good but I definitely see some areas for improvement that could really take them beyond.

Store is nicely set right on bird road and they bake their donuts daily so they are very fresh. I was surprised to see that they make both Cuban and American coffee. Still have to try the chicken donut sandwich but what I have tried gets a solid 8 out of 10.

We came here for donuts and chicken but unfortunately they told us that the chicken doesn’t start until 11am and it was around 10:30am when we arrived. We ended up just getting donuts, but let me start by saying, they got a ton of options to chose from. Walking in the front door I was amazed at all of these specialities donuts! They definitely have something for everybody and you are guaranteed to like something here. We decided to try 6 different kinds. All of our donuts were nice and fresh! Great tasting! I have to be honest these donuts are a bit pricey but are worth it. We left at around 11:15am and still didn’t see any chicken, so I’m not sure if it’s a secret menu or what. I definitely recommend Mojo Donuts if you’re looking for great tasting, fresh specialities donuts this is the place for you!

Oh my gosh!!!! I came here for a wedding tasting. I typically don’t eat donuts, but Mojo Donuts has completely changed my mind. I can’t wait to have these at my wedding!!! Everyone is going to love them!

The associate, Christian, was very knowledgeable, kind, and was very personable.

Very good customer service and the donuts are so good! My first time trying this place and I got the Strawberry Cheesecake donut. 10/10 ✨

First I must say I only was here twice so my experience is limited. First time I had a cruller with white chocolate glaze, second time a guave cheesecake donut. With both the batter/dough tasted really good. I especially like how fluffy their yeasted donuts are! The white chocolate could have been higher quality, though, and the cheesecake topping tasted more like buttercream, way too fatty. Guave jam was much better. The place doesn’t look like much but staff are friendly Their choice of flavors is huge, including specials like cronuts. I definitivly would come back to try more

Sweet. Salty. Fried. Crunchy. THAT is all you need to know to try their Creme Brûlée Fried Chicken sandwich! Unless you are monster hungry, I recommend sharing it. Their donuts are also AMAZING! You’ll want to try several but I caution that they are so packed with flavor that you’ll barely be able to eat one in one sitting. There were four of us cutting 1/2 dozen into fourths and we couldn’t try them all!

This place just has the sound like it should be awesome and a classic- I mean, where can you go wrong with donuts and fried chicken? Plus, it’s been featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, so that usually gives it the mark of legitimacy. All of the donuts are decorated alluringly, they just look marvelous and like you want to devour them. But honestly, I really only genuinely enjoyed 1 of 6 that I tried, the raspberry cake donut. That one actually had strong raspberry flavor in it like you’d expect, so it was great. But the rest, to me, barely had any flavor in them, considering how they were branded. The key lime donut did not taste lime-y at all. It was a full donut with no hole cut in the middle, but there was no filling, so there was a ton of dough to eat and the balance was so poor. If I hadn’t known it was supposed to be a key lime flavored donut, I would have guessed it was just a regular donut with vanilla frosting. That’s how I found most of the other donuts I tried as well. I don’t understand why they’d have most of their donuts whole, yet not fill them with anything. They really just were below average tasting to me in that respect, so I was disappointed because all of them look so good on the outside, yet their inward tastes don’t live up to their outward glamour.
