Great place, lots of seating and open all day. The donuts themselves are fun and creative. While most of the donuts are very good they tend to be overly sweet.

Very nice presentation. Lots of selection. Very clean. Unfortunately, I will not be back as the donuts themselves were all right, the toppings were all sugar with minimal flavor. The only taste palette being hit was sweet. The same issue with the Nutella, there was no Nutella flavor just sugary chocolate icing “flavor”. Not for me, but that doesn’t mean that someone else won’t love them.

I came across “donut” search on Google maps and Hurts Donut showed up and said “open 24 hours” I thought there’s no way it’s open 24 hours. So I called and what do you know, it really was open. At 1 am there’s not the best selection but who cares they were open. During the day they have a great selection of donuts. I love this place and take the 45 min drive to get myself a dozen.

Walked in and was surprised of the selection. I had a hard time choosing a dozen. The donuts are absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend stopping here.

Very sweet and accommodating. I called the day before so that I could have donuts for my birthday and needed them to be done no later than 6am. I wanted to take them to my staff and didn’t think I would be able to get them in time. My order was placed and ready by 6am as requested with no issues. I just would like if whom ever is taking the orders knew more about the different varieties that Hurts has to offer. I asked about the different and new kinds that may be available and the person answering, though sweet, just didn’t seem interested in donuts.

Came in to this 24 hour donut spot 8/23 @ 930 pm with my wife and teenage daughter. The sour-faced woman at the counter was more than obviously annoyed that her conversation with her coworker was interrupted by the couple in front of us trying to decide which donuts they would like to BUY. As we approached the counter her eyes seemed to flash with fury that we too were not immediately ready with our choices. (We could not see the donuts as we were behind the previous CUSTOMERS). The pricing for cake donuts seemed a little unclear at least to me, and after I asked about buying a half dozen glazed donuts she told like I should have known that there weren’t any glazed available, and she didn’t offer any alternatives or suggestions. I was like WOW! We all can identify rudeness and frustration, and I felt very unwelcome at this site on West University in Tempe.
The donuts have plenty of foo-foo toppings but the donuts themselves lacked any flavor. Just like plain bread.
After spending my 20s in hospitality and food service, I understand the importance of positive customer service and the affects of staff members not providing it. Shows an apparent lack of management, training, and supervision. That’s one of the many reasons why these types of businesses eventually fail.
We won’t ever eat another donut from HURT Donuts, the donuts are B- and their customer service gets an F!! Definitely will be spreading the word as far as possible!

Me and a Coworker were back in again this morning and what can I say other than top notch customer service and top quality products. The young lady working behind the counter made sure to make us feel welcomed and jumped at the opportunity to prepare a donut for our order that they hadn’t put on the shelf yet. Wish I would’ve got her name to make sure she got the recognition she deserves for being a star at her workplace.

Really cool shop! Donuts we’re beautiful and fun! The lobby was clean and inviting! 3 stars because while the donuts we’re beautiful, out of three donuts and three people none of them were liked (thick heavy sugary frosting with no flavor).
