Delicious breakfast food. Gravy is soooo good. For those who want the healthier fare the omelette pictured is a 3 egg white monster we had to take half home with us. We plan to try other items from the menu soon!

We’ve been in a number of times and we’ve never been disappointed. The food is spectacular American diner fare, burgers and sandwiches as well as traditional breakfast hits like corned beef hash and eggs Benedict. My personal favorite is their country fried steak and eggs. The portion sizes are enormous! You could feed a family of four on one steak! The sausage gravy is thick and tasty, and the home fries or hash always comes out crispy. They can do any egg you want and do it well. Finish the job with rye toast, no better breakfast! I wish I’d had a picture to share, but there’s no time for pictures, gotta eat while the gravy’s hot!

Our servers here are always pleasant and efficient, and we seldom spend much more than 20 minutes waiting for our food. The donuts are excellent, the coffee is good and hot, service and food both exceed the expectations for a tiny diner, and I have nothing I could even reach for to fault them on. Stownut is easily one of my top three breakfast spots in north Summit County, but it’s a perfect lunch spot too.

Great 50’s like diner food was great staff very friendly donuts were good also

This is a great little doughnut place that also serves a good breakfast, and a decent lunch menu. The servers there are all very nice, however service can be slow when it is busy, as their kitchen is quite small, but if your patient you’ll still really enjoy this place. They have a nice outside eating area, as well as as small indoor dining room.

Good burger. The stownut melt is a unique melt using thousand island dressing with two different cheeses and pickles

I remember when Karen’s business opened and it was a gift from her husband! She has been kind to my little boys when we visited and they sat a the counter. She turned on the cartoons for them while they munched their donuts and I had coffee. Her business and family have all helped out. Her lobster bisque is the best, home made soup ever, among all the others she makes. The donuts are original, seasonal and super delicious. But the breakfast is my favorite. Omg,it’s all good. Yeah there’s been some service that was kinda ‘cold’ , but it doesn’t stop those who see beyond ! There’s been sweet waiters and waitresses too! I love the 50’s and love her diner. She works her buns off! Congrats on your wonderful diner! A big community plus for Stowites! <3

We love this place! The food is really flavorful and very reasonably priced and the diner has a great retro feel. Service is quick and all the staff are very friendly! This is our go to breakfast place when we are over around Stow!

First time customer to Stownut Donut and I was pleasantly surprised. I was wrongly under the impression that this establishment only served donuts. They have an extensuve and varied menu that offers breakfast and lunch items all day long. The nostalgic decor is reminiscent of days gone by with old advertising tins, license plates and so much more. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. I ordered French Toast with crispy bacon and it was delicious. Coffee was hot, had a deep flavor and was offered quite often. I think I will try the Monte Cristo sandwich next time. So glad I tried this local gem.
