This was a lunch treat for our two granddaughters- we don’t usually eat fast food. They were very quick to tell us what to order- which we did using the touch screen. All the food arrived together, was hot and tasty. It was a very busy lunchtime but we managed to find a table downstairs. We used the facilities to wash our hands before eating.
Nature’s Eye Motivations
I ordered a large double cheese burger meal through Just Eat for delivery. A staple meal of their menu that they have been selling for years. Only the drink and the burger arrived – no fries. Even the label listed the drink, burger, and large fries. How hard is it to check an order before it leaves the store? I now have had half a meal and have to wait to see if I will get compensated by Just Eat – I won’t hold my breath. Needless to say I won’t be using this store again, and probably won’t bother with just eat as they are next to useless when there is a problem. All I wanted was my bloody fries and now I wait for 7 days to see if the clowns can sort out the shortfall in my order. My advice is don’t use either company.

It was an OK experience. We ordered and whilst waiting I popped to the loo for a tinkle. The door was wedged open, the hand dryer was hanging off the wall and the room was more than a little wiffy. I think it needs a little bit of revamp.
The food arrived and it was alright. My lad had a new Italian burger thing and he seemed to enjoy it. I had a mcpants burger and it was pretty tasty. I’m not a vegan but have an allergy to cheese. Unfortunately the staff won’t put the vegan cheese onto normal burgers, like a big mac. I’m not sure why. Anyway, the mcpants is quite tasty. I had an apple pie too, for the first time in about 10 years. It wasn’t hotter than the sun and it was quite greasy. It made me cry a little.

Only tend to use for treat days for the kids however find this branch not as maintained in the cleanliness. We had to clean our own table and high chair. It was quite quiet on the day I used it and found 2 members of staff pratting about with eachother and hugging the security guard on his arrival.

We ordered ourselves some McDonald’s for dinner, of course most of the food being cold, missing my child’s happy meal And the best bit, my donut was covered in some black hair, so or some staff don’t wear hairnets OR my donut was dropped on the floor, picked up and put in my order.

The Restaurant was clean….ish.
The men’s loo( only one cubicle) was dirty, and as someone who used to be a shift manager at a franchise many moons ago, I think the loos need a little scrub.

Was one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had in macdonalds. The two staff in the kitchen were to busy chatting to the lobby host. There was one girl on front running around like a headless chicken. The sausage and egg muffin was very greasy and the egg looked like it has been dropped on the floor will not be returning to this branch

Slow service, had to take food back twice due to being cold. I wasnt the only one about 3 people did before me useless

We had an excellent experience at this MacDonalds today for lunch. A lady called Tracey found us a table for 5 and bought us another chair. We ordered on the app from our table and Tracey bought the meal over for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Had we got enough straws, stirrers, ketchup etc. She bought over crayons and colouring sheets for our grandson and took an interest in what he was doing. All in all an excellent employee to have on your team, MacDonalds!!!
