We came across this coffee shop while exploring Worcester. The nicest coffee stop we have had. The staff were very efficient, in particular the young guy who served us was delightful! The service was very quick. The coffee was piping hot & not at all bitter, the sandwiches were lovely & fresh & the cakes delicious! Well done Coffee#1 We shall definitely be back!

Lovely stop. Friendly staff and nice coffee whilst sitting watching the world go by on a sunny afternoon sitting in one of their open window seats. Lovely!

Having seen a customer pay £6.00 for coffee and tried to present his loyalty card the female servant stated to him” you should have presented the card before paying, it’s to late now” and refusing to swipe the caps loyalty card speaks volumes about the low level of customer service.
I will not be recommending this cafe.

Needed a coffee and cake after lunch so popped in here. The lemon meringue cheesecake slice was divine! We also tried the biscoff cheesecake and a summer fruits slice. All went down wonderfully with cappuccino, americano, flat white and a tea! Will definitely be returning…..

Love coffee # 1 with favorites being moca with coconut milk and fruit smoothies probably my fave coffee stop. Please bring back the Dahl with naan bread this winter.

My husband had an americano coffee (which he said was lovely and strong) and I had a blueberry smoothie, and we had a couple of paninis. Very nice, and we were able to take the dog into a section of the cafe too

Would post no stars however it is not possible! Been here a few time with my family however staff and management are rude and miserable, my Mrs had a coconut hot chocolate and it was watery, all other drinks were just as watery! I’ve also been it 5 minutes before closing and they refused to serve me have been over charged a few times and they very rarely get my orders right! Will not be coming here every again definitely do not recommend this store!
