Love this location, I go most mornings before work and everyone who works there makes it a really nice place to be. I was served today by Adam who was lovely, but truly everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. They also usually have cold brew through the colder months, which I really appreciate.

This is a lovely branch of starbucks. I don’t actually live in Worcester but whenever I’m in the area this is always my first choice for a coffee. The staff are lovely and always make you feel welcome. I normally have a filter coffee which is my favourite choice. My daughter also love the drinks here. 5 stars from us.

I use Starbucks on The Cross in Worcester practically every day. I am always greeted with a smile.. even behind a face mask I know they are smiling!. I don’t know how the girls do it but they remember my order all the time.

I only ever use this coffee shop now, very friendly and helpful staff and I can’t honestly think of a time where they’ve got it wrong. The coffee is great and well crafted, and lots of different options to choose from. I always feel I’m amongst friends when I visit, I’m greeted by name and I couldn’t ask for more from this hard working dedicated team

I’ve always felt Starbucks coffee is overhyped, overpriced and I’ve never been much of a fan, though I must admit the pumpkin spiced latte is pretty good after finally getting round to trying one!
This Starbucks is large inside with plenty of seating and an ideal place to do work on my laptop, especially with being open a little later than other coffee shops. Could do with more plug sockets available throughout though. Staff provide a good service and the digital-order service via the app is ridiculously convenient when you’re in a rush.

Nat was so friendly and helpful, she explained how the reward scheme payment worked when I asked as I was paying with the app. The coffee was served super fast too, especially for one made with an alternative milk.

nothing but straight vibes – the coffee is good, so is the subtle music. generally i’d say better than other starbucks’ i’ve been to. and i’ve been to a LOT. furthermore, the staff are lovely – and so are the drinks !!! <33

What has happened Starbucks??? It used to be my favourite go to compared to and other companies. I just popped in to buy a Caramel iced Frappe. What I got was an iced coffee. I thought perhaps I hadn’t asked for the Wright thing. Anyway what ever it was was disgusting. Bitter, watery and no sweetness in it at all for me. Totally disappointed and a waste of money. From this store in particular. Sorry. This was my first experience from the store at the cross. I may try again just to see.??????
