Review for Cafe
September Friday 2nd, am.
Beth and Sarah at the till today were absolute legends.
They were quick and efficient, getting through a long line of , queuing oit the door customers.
They were constantly calling for more staff to help reduce the queue and constantly asking for more staff to clear tables.
Without people like those two your business grinds to a halt. Recognise and reward them Marks and Sparks, they are your heroes!
The Collin the Caterpillar drink came with all the sprinkles and a chocolate Caterpillar face… which Cheltenham branch always leave out!

However
The ladies loos on the cafe level, 7 person queue coming out of them! Not hreat when you have a 4 year old desperate for the loo!

The gents hand dryer looks like someone mistook it for urinal, yuk! … bet that was a messy mistake …but seriously …

Visited the Worcester store on Tuesday mid morning picked up an item which was last chance to buy. Unfortunately wrong size so asked for lovely lady Kate if she could check if my size was online; could not find my size but one size above it was worth the risk. Kate jokingly said there’s only two left to the till quick as you can and order. I ordered and went back to click and collect today. As I feared this was too big although I liked it so much I was willing to have a seamstress alter it. Kate was there again and said let me try one more time I said maybe I will be lucky.. voila!! Today there was my size only one left and yet again I hightailed it to the till. I will pick up my lovely linen dress on Friday and I am delighted. Kate said let me know how you get on I went back and gave her a high-five. Here is a member of staff who looks like she enjoys being there which is so refreshing well done training department and even more well done Kate.

Review of the cafe. Arrived in the cafe just before 5…(shop open til 6). Had my tray and had lifted the cloche off the cake stand and had the cake slice in hand to select my piece of cake when I was told in no uncertain terms that the cafe was now closed. I did respond that the A board that states the cafe is now closed was not out to indicate this…as is usually the case..I was told that it was supposed to be…at this point I left and checked my watch…5.01pm…not happy with the attitude I was given…not handled well….

Nice clean and tidy shop that is well marked out. The only negative were the railings near the escalators. You had to walk half a mile to get to something half a metre away.

Attended a bra fitting appointment today. Ginny at the Worcester store was very helpful. She certainly deserved more than a cup of tea, after being so thorough.

It’s a Marks and Spencer which sells clothes, food and has a cafe. It’s located on the main street. This one has toilets on the top floor. Turn right at top of escalator.

Lovely young girl called Hannah in men’s wear helped us with trying to find “the one pair left in store” jeans. Went out of her way and found them. Very helpful & polite.

We went to the cafe on Saturday whist doing the brilliant elephant trail. We needed 3 tables for all the family. A brilliant cafe employee called Adam helped us enormously. He cleaned the seating, tables and the floor and then he cleaned the high chair. He went over and above and made our visit so pleasant and safe. Thank you Adam. Excellent work ethic and attitude

Ridiculous telephone system that does everything it can to get rid of you. My son needs to come in and purchase some school trousers because I am on a course. He has SEN needs so I need to tell him exactly where to go or he’ll get worried. Could I get through to a human to ask which floor he needs to go to? No, not easily. Just a robot voice, telling me to browse online, then when I tried something else a robot voice telling me about my shifts!! Grrrr sort it out M&S, poor customer service.
