I ordered a dozen donuts ½glaze and ½chocolate. I got home and opened the box to an assorted box. So I had to drive it all the way back to get the order corrected. But when I got home and opened the box this time donuts were so small they looked like toys. The worker was pleasant and very apologetic, but it was a total inconvenience.

We were so happy we decided to go to Krispy Kreme this morning! The woman working the drive thru was amazing! Give that woman a raise! She was so sweet and on it! She is what customer service is about and I have worked in customer service for 15 years! The donuts were very good! Very pleased!

I went by the store at 7:05 Sunday morning, and the doors were locked with 3 of the staff sitting at the backdoor.
What in the world is going on with this business? How can a business like this not be available for morning donuts on a consistent basis. Of course Dunkin donuts were available to take morning customers.

Best doughnuts in town but never can open on time. Sat for 20 minutes waiting and only ever saw 1 guy with no headset. At 6:25 an employee/manager pulled us and didn’t even acknowledge my son and I standing at the front door. So rude!

It didn’t matter to me but I drove 60 miles to go get a dozen of donuts chocolate and glazed donuts I just don’t like the donuts that they sell out here in Levelland at all but Krispy kremes has the best even though the donuts shrink but it’s okay I won’t mind driving again. thank you for having good donuts

I drove too the window after placing my order. This nice young man gave me the donuts I ordered for free ☺️ FREE!!! I was like really and he was saying, yes ma’am. Oh my God, I was surprised and shocked. I dont eat donuts much due to my health, but when I do get one or two, I like them HOT or warm!!! I’m like the cookie monster it’s gone. Those donuts are so good!!THANK YOU KRISPY KREME for giving back too your community. There should be another Krispy kreme by the airport!!! God Bless

I really like krispy kreme sometimes. But I also really wanted to try the cinnamon rolls and the pumpkin spice latte but they had neither. luckily I actually got my money back this time not just half of it so I’ll give it a 2 star.

This is the slowest drive thru in all of Lubbock. There were 2 cars in front of me, and as I sat at the speaker to order for 13 mins I pulled up and finally order my 2 donuts. No donut is worth sitting in the drive thru lane for 25 total mins.

We paid about $15 for a mixed specialty donut Box… They fell to tell us that they were out of 2 specific specialty donuts That we were interested in so it was basically just a basically just a basic Box.
