Krispy Kreme Reviews

We ordered online for valentines day as we were coming from out of town and the donuts were ready on time and pick up in store was quick and easy. The location was sparkly clean and the service really friendly. Will definitely return to this location when in town.

The service is always so nice and friendly when I get my night time sweet tooth! They have fresh hot glazed donuts in the evening and I love stopping in to grab some. Their jelly filled are really good too and are soft and taste fresh. Just FYI, drive through is not open in the evening, so I did go inside. I was taken care of quickly and the parking is really easy to get in and out as well.

Everyone knows these donuts are good – and this place holds true to the name. They have the machines and the hot sign – make sure you go in when it’s on. Chef U we recommends – follow me for more insights.

The limited edition, orange creamsicle donut is DELICIOUS…BUT…do not expect anything else to be good from here, ESPECIALLY customer service.

Recap:
Placed an order through the Krispy Kreme app the night before to pick up the next morning. This order was paid for before pick up. Upon arrival, the order could not be found despite the confirmation number and last name for order being given. Where are my donuts? I had a party these were designated for…after 5 minutes of bewilderment, a Krispy Kreme associate informed me that they couldn’t complete my pre-order as they were out of the King Cone donuts I selected in my customer dozen. This was puzzling to me because A: it meant they never made my order when I placed it the night before and B: they took my money for items when they were out of said items.

Knowing how easily and quickly these donuts can be made, I was never offered that option to wait for that to happen nor was I compensated for their mess up. I chose to fill the rest of the missing donut spaces with the creamsicle flavor and that was a hit. Unfortunately, as you can see in the photo, the other donuts were horrible. They looked and tasted disgusting. The “rocket pop” popsicle editions were a complete mess and decorated with no effort or consistency. The original glazed dozen was also full of the smallest and oddest looking Krispy Kreme donuts I have ever seen. These were a sad and disappointing treat to bring to a child’s birthday party. Completely ruined.

Ordering through Krispy Kreme app and buying anything from this location was an awful experience. I have brought my dissatisfaction to all the right avenues of customer service with the company and received NO COMMUNICATION back whatsoever. I will never give them my $30 for a dozen ever again.

I’m not much of a donut connoisseur, but I stopped by this Krispy Kreme on Eastern Avenue today to satisfy my wife’s craving. When we arrived, it was closed to walk-in traffic, so we did the drive-thru thing and tried to order a few different types of donuts, but none of what we wanted was available. So we ordered one buttermilk donut to split between the three of us. It was okay, nothing terrific or outstanding. There was one car in front of us, and it was slow going, even at 2:00 in the afternoon. I wish I could say I was impressed, but I just can’t. I’m not likely to return here (or any donut shop) for years to come, so I can’t be too harsh on this place.

RECOMMENDED: If you enjoy donuts.
SERVICE: Good, but a bit slow.
PRICE: $
COVID: Follows pandemic guidelines
PARKING: Convenient
REASON/INTENT: To satisfy someone being hangry.

The girl was friendly UNTIL she realized that I wanted to pick my own dozen of donuts, ’cause I like certain donuts more than others. Imagine the nerve of me! They really just want to throw some random collection of 12 at you. The place was pretty clean and had a good selection, except they only had 2 maple, which my wife likes, but after one was in my box, they took it back to give to someone at the drivethru. The OTHER donut place is exactly the same as far as not wanting to box you up a dozen of your choice. The way of the world, I guess. I wonder if I just ordered 1 donut, would they just want to give me a random one there too?

My daughter loves to watch the donuts baking and being frosted here. They have a step up right at the window with a railing for little ones who might not be tall enough to look in. Very friendly staff and always clean. We love this location!

Tasty donuts and friendly stuff!
I downloaded the app, created an account and got one donut for free. I’m new to this area but it looks like this place is always busy. Hopefully next time I come they will have Reese’s donuts for purchase. Happy Holidays!

The best donuts, and whoever says Dunkin is better clearly has no taste buds. This store is especially fun because you can watch them making fresh donuts

We love to get Krispy Kreme donuts on our vacation!! We wish the inside would open back up! We were able to order at the drive through.
