Always delicious, always fresh!
Today I decided to order some donuts for delivery and when I placed the order I forgot about the coffee. I called to see if they could add it on my order and there was no way they could modify it. Thankfully, the assistant manager (If I remember correctly his name was Juan) was kind enough to throw the coffee in for me at no charge. Customer service is really on top with this location.
Also, they have the best tasting donuts.

This is such a classic place!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! They have a deal, if your student has A’s on their report card they can get free donuts, up to 6 donuts. Must bring report card. Your student must be present! PRETTY AWESOME !!!! She was upset she only got 6 donuts, lol!

Late night donuts. Went to Dunkin donuts cause my fiance and our two little boys wanted some donuts and nope. Closed. Lord had it’s lights shining down on Krispy Kreme and thank God. The donuts were soft and tasty. 12 donuts gone in 5 minutes. Little pricey but boys were happy so thanks y’all. Well worth it.

Poor customer service. Stood waiting at register with 3 workers standing around, no offer to help. When I finally got their attention, they said “you have to go over there to place your order” like I’m supposed to know where to go, so, she takes my order and tells me to go back to the register. That didn’t even make any sense, why couldn’t she walk over to me in the first place and ask me if she could help me, instead making a customer feel stupid because they weren’t in the right place to take an order and with an attitude shame on you Krispy Kreme you can do a lot better than this.

Can you believe they ran out of Glazed Donut, that’s what is there foundation it was a mess last Wednesday they were out of donuts for two and a half hours. We got there at 4:10 they told us there would be no donuts for an hour, not just out of donuts but the attitude of the employee we talked to was so unconcerned and seemed to not care. It was very disappointing that there were no glaze donuts on the rack or in the store.plus the hot light was on too.

you better appreciate the 5 usd on Wednesday’s for a dozen. I’m use to get all my doughnuts for free, thanks dad 1 of many co owners in Virginia. but now I can’t get them free here in Vegas
