Got a delivery of donuts for a birthday party, 1 pick your own box and 1 plan glazed donuts. The pick your own is 17$ and I got the deal on the plan for a 1$ They replaced 3 of my birthday cake donuts with just maple glaze one and didn’t give me the birthday wrap I paid extra for. I did get a refund because it was really disappointing given that was what the birthday person wanted. But they were helpful with everything which is really nice. But I recommend going in instead of the delivery.

if i could rate this place zero stars i would. i have been here two weeks in a row trying to take advantage of their ‘buy a dozen for a gallon of gas’ special & they were sold out both times. how are you going to be out of basic glazed donuts? i tried calling ahead so i wouldn’t waste my time & they couldn’t even answer the phone. we decided ok let’s get something else since we waisted the time coming & asked for the pumpkin spice lovers dozen & they said they were sold out of two of the donuts that come in it. like why even stay in business if you’re going to be out of half the stuff you’re selling? don’t even bother coming if you’re in the mood for donuts they might be sold out.

Perfect, fresh donuts you’d expect from Krispy Kreme. The store appeared closed from the street, but I’m so happy that we gave it a try anyway. The staff member at the drive thru was extremely friendly, which truly goes a long way when it comes to repeat visits

Slow service over 10 minutes for a drive thru 2 donut coffee iced drink. That was after the employee got the order wrong and still didn’t get it right the second time. Seeing as there was only one other person in the store not sure what the issues is maybe train your people before leaving them alone.

Lost for words.. this was the WORST drive thru/Krispy Kreme experience I’ve EVER had. We came and asked for a dozen and at the end of telling the guy our order he asked us to repeat it and then told us they were out of 4 of the flavors we wanted ♂️ Then on top of that I asked for a frozen mocha and he said that “we can’t make that right now.” And didn’t give any explanation at all. We went up to the window to get our donuts and he was talking to co workers about how he lost his phone and ignored us for a few minits before coming back and letting us pay. The donuts were good for the 2 flavors they actually had but I will NEVER be coming back again ☝ They didn’t even have the classic glazed ♂️ What a joke of a establishment. The owner of this franchise must be reconsidered by the company

This store has had a SEVERE ISSUE with only serving 1/8 of their menu for years. What gives? So many wasted attempts at spending money here. The franchisee or corporate management must be completely AWOL!
They literally pay the employees to hang out at the dumpsters all day and wonder why their attitude stinks? Talking about you Lukus.

Today Saturday August 6th,2022, at10.30am and 1st time in Krispy Kreme with my family and the lady who served us name Alex gave us free doughnuts . And thank you Alex for your beautiful attitude and kept professional . Will keep coming to this store again and again.
