The donuts are good.
The coffee I had tasted like they hadn’t cleaned the brewer in over a month or two.
Inside seating depends on # of employees and they have been short handed for a while now, so only drive thru might be open.

Unfortunately this store is not worth bothering with anymore. Unless you’re an old timer looking for late night coffee, or someone dropping by for donuts for the office before the crack of dawn, it’s not worth the time. It seems like every time we choose to give it one more try, there’s something else they “don’t do anymore” at this location. Tonight I asked for my favorite, Banana Royale, only to be told they don’t make those anymore at that store, and then to my amazement, I heard “frankly, our donuts aren’t that fresh either. Is that okay?” What?!?! Although I wasn’t ordering donuts I couldn’t believe my ears. They don’t let people inside the store anymore, or I would have known who in their right mind would make such a comment to a customer. It won’t happen again. Do yourself a favor and take the time to drive to the one on 22nd, between Swan and Craycroft. MUCH better customer service and MUCH better vibe in that store.

Every time I stop by this place to get a coffee or something really quick it takes forever I sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes and they were not accepting debit cards. Double checked my wallet I had 50s and hundreds so when I pull up to the window after waiting for 20 minutes for a coffee she decides to tell me that they don’t accept anything larger than a 20 what kind of business cannot accept a $50 bill to me this is ridiculous and on top of that I have $2. I almost just gave her the 50 so I can just get my order but she finally allowed me to have my coffee but not the food I ordered horrible customer service as well as dysfunctional operations I will never come back to this place and I’m going to boycott it with all of my friends as well

Every time I come to this location I have problems. They never have the flavors or other items I want. They claim it’s because they’re a privately owned location but if that’s the case they shouldn’t advertise items they dont have on the drive thru menu outside their building. Also the customer service is poor and they’re usually pretty rude. I won’t be coming back

I showed up yesterday morning at about 0715 Hrs. In other words, right in the middle of the morning rush for coffee and doughnuts. Did I want either? No, I wanted a very large order of ice cream and toppings, and I hadn’t thought to call ahead. Jerrie (the manager) and her hard-working staff went out of their way to fulfill my order, and they did so with great kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Jerrie, you made a lot of people really happy!

Pretty sure this place is closed. Every time I’ve come to this location there have been lines outside the parking lot waiting for service. I once decided to actually wait in line for this place and it took 20 minutes to even talk to the worker. It looks like they’re heavily understaffed for the demand in the area. Might wanna go somewhere else to make it easier for the workers to manage the people already there.
