One of the best customer service I have ever had today greeted me with a smile and less wait time!!! Recommend anyone who has not had a Krispy Kreme donut in their life to go and try them at this store or any near location ASAP!!! Excellent donuts and service!!! Give those employees a raise!!!

So time and time again, this location advertises items on the menu but never has anything in stock. They claim its all out. This goes for things as simple as a powdered donut or whipped cream for their lattes. Also, they seem very unprofessional. It’s a bunch of teens who don’t know very much.

I have never in my life. Received cold Krispy Kreme original donuts when I have gone to the actual Krispy Kreme store Tonight. I got cold donuts in the drive-thru and I was shocked. I went inside to give them an exchange and also explain that Krispy Kreme donuts should be hot instead of getting a comment back. Yes ma’am, we will take care of that right away for you. Sorry for the inconvenience. Instead, I got excuses and explanations and even felt very uncomfortable trying to get my warm donuts. Also ilani one of the staff there begin to badger me and also make me feel even more uncomfortable asking for her to get my donuts. She purposely made me stand there longer and serve other people before me. Her manager was present and I did let him know how upset I was. My experience was very awful but the donuts are always great when they’re hot. Please don’t ever stop making hot donuts for your customers.

You don’t know what your getting at this location. I live nearby and get varied customer service and often disappointing options on doughnuts. I’m talking about 9 a.m. on a Saturday. A few times the lobby has been closed. That’s a bad sign. You can’t even see what doughnuts they have. Today this happened (yet again). Before I could place my order the girl at the drive thru said we are limited on the doughnuts we have. I just said give me what you have. That’s really disappointing. And when I got home I get these miniature-looking doughnuts – really none of what I wanted because the choice was so limited. My daughter laughed at the size of the doughnuts. I could have gotten better options at Circle K, honestly. You guys have such a beautiful facility but yet it gets lost when the product isn’t there. What is going on?

Daughter & I went in for doughnuts, service was great, doughnuts delicious! Girl at front was super nice and gave superb customer service to my little one & I. My stuffed donut was delicious. Will be going in more often.

I love krispy cream but this location is terrible. The staff there are practically all very rude teens that don’t have any hospitality experience it seems. I used to work by this location and would go in every few weeks to get donuts for my co workers, and every time I had nothing but rudeness from the employees there. Also they seem to not have any clue how to scan anything in from the app now it seems, they ask for your phone number and then act like it’s a inconvenience that they have to do thier jobs.

Had a sweet craving at 9:30 in the evening and sure enough CRISPY CREAM donuts is right around the corner from my house they close at 10:00pm and made it in perfect timing they were so good a dozen for $16.00…worth every penny.. ❤

The donuts are great, but why is it always a 5 min wait just to place my order when I’m already at the speaker? There’s never a line and they still take forever

Most unprofessional staff I’ve ever come across. Teenage staff at this location are in dire need of adult supervision and a cold shower! Been to this location a few times, and have encountered that same unprofessional teen staff, inside and at drive-thru. This trip I kept correcting them about my order multiple times as they danced, and laughed between themselves with friends out over the counter. I felt bad for all the hard workers in the back, working hard as they witness this teenage spectacle. This location also never has full menu items available. Don’t be sorry… Be Better!

I just bought a lemonade chiller and it tastes like metal. My large water doesn’t look large and it also had a strange taste to it. Plus, there were limited doughnuts and no filled doughnuts
