TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Not a good way to start my morning waited in line for 15 minutes did not hear the young lady over the speakerphone to order by the menu as I got to the window to place my order she told me I had to go back around to place my order since I did not do it at the menu all I was ordering was a dozen of glazed donuts super simple super fast nothing special. horrible service they need to get that girl out of the front I hate to give this place a one star but I refuse to give it anything more with the service I just received. If I didn’t promise my team Then I would get them donuts at work I would not have ordered at all. Bad for business

GO TO THE WEST SIDE ONE! This place sucks pretty bad as of late. Not the doughnuts. The drive thru and people who work there the last couple visits. Shame on them for not doing the basics consistently from start to finish. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER! I’d like to request District Management take a better look at what’s going on and secret shop themselves here to fix ASAP. Others I know are having the same issues with quality of service. Things are not being held to the standards I am use to experiencing here. I hope things change! I will no doubt be back.

Today, I was craving a Krispy Creme Blueberry donut and was told that they didn’t have any. I opted for the Pumpkin donut instead and brought (2) more since the price was a bit costly for a 6 pack.
The donut was Fluffy and Super yummy!

The line was long and dining room was only open to pickup the online orders. But over all the donuts were delicious.

The employees are kind no doubt ,but the manager Sotelo was extremely rude. He made the trip here unpleasant. I wanted to use my rewards because I do get stuff here often and he scanned it and nothing happened. He rudely then yelled when I told him nothing happened, that I needed to open the bar code again. Don’t let the manager position get to your head I still got stuff but I was disappointed in the professionalism of the manager.

Ordered Spring mix mini doughnuts via doordash and they arrived within 40 minutes. Very cute and delicious! Delivery person messaged me when he was on his way and followed my instructions to leave at the doorstep.

The bartenders / server was awesome also the young lady that was there they would come and see if we needed anything the food was good we had a meal but splitted between my wife and I it was awesome the whole thing was awesome that’s why we keep going back
