Extremely poor service. She gave us the order without the drinks then closed the window. Then looked over to us with that why are you still here look but yet never came to find out. So finally I honked the horn and nicely asked for our drinks which she just handed to us like we were bothering her. Mind you we were the ONLY car there the entire time. The actual donut however did not disappoint.

We love Krispy Kreme and their doughnuts. So this rating isn’t a reflection of the quality of their product but rather their staff and service. We’ve gone 3 times at 9:00-9:25pm and they say “sorry we’re closed” when closing hours clearly states 10pm (on door and in website!) ridiculous! Not sure what’s going on with fast food restaurants or the employees that work in them but apparently there’s no work ethic anymore &/or lack of food! And absolutely no manager in sight! Just teenagers running the show. Get it together!

I had a craving for a pumpkin old fashioned doughnut. I got two. It was like an old fashioned regular doughnut, but more flavor and sugar glazing on top. A great afternoon sugar fix!! Yummy.

Shame on you ! You are the sole reason this Krispy Kreme has declined in service.
I have gone 4 times in different occasions.

It says 10pm!!!!! Closing time.
Get your stuff together.
If time has changed , then change signage and communicate those changes with their party apps.
But that’s probably not the problem. You have employed some lazy people that only want to get paid and collect a check and make excuses.
You need to clean house, and you need to put an assistant manager on site

The 2 girl’s that waited on us were so nice, when I went to give them a tip. She said they can’t take tip’s. Manager read your reviews. Let them get tip’s and your reviews will get better. And pay them more.

I never eat unhealthy. Actually, that’s a lie but can you blame me? I loveeeee hitting up Krispy Kreme. Wait time for a gooey glazed donut can be quite long but it pays off in the end.

The donuts are wonderful when hot but lose some appeal within a day. Staff at this location are pretty fast. Often they are out of zone choices.

We don’t have a KK close to where we live so when we were visiting my son, I got up early to go this location. It was suppose to open at 6 am. After waiting in my car in the parking lot and the store locked and no one inside, I finally left after one hour. Very disappointed no one showed up for work…..
