5 stars because they are professional, courteous and they make an awesome cup of coffee. I got a coffee yesterday, and by the time I got home, half of the coffee was in the cup holder. No fault of the employee, the cup was faulty. I just got my replacement and they never fail to deliver on the taste!! Thanks to the guys/girls for always giving a great product and also great service

Drove up to the drive through at 15 minutes prior to closing. The guy in there cut my partner off before he could even say anything when he started asking for a sandwich with NO. Forget the customer service. At least say sorry we have already broken down the station and are no longer able to make you a sandwich. Very unprofessional. I just don’t understand, I have worked retail for over 30 years as a manger. This type of behavior hurts your business. To the gentlemen at the window there that evening, if you don’t like what you are doing, quit. Life is too short to be spending so many hours doing something that you do not enjoy. Plus, the customers do not deserve this and neither does your manager. You agreed to perform this job and to do a it well. No need to have an attitude about it.

What a horrible experience! Went through drive-through and placed order, forgot to order a drink so we asked at the window. Girl at window told us they cannot take an additional order at the window because they’re on a timer. No apologies, nothing. Were handed our food and we’re not giving any napkins, had to ask for them twice. Pulled away Only to find both sandwiches ice cold.
Drove back and went inside to get a refund, wound up not getting a full refund Because man and register didn’t know what we ordered and it was not received in the back.
Horrible shame that a quality name like Dunkin is being ruined by a store like this.

Today was not their day for a food blogger to pull up to the drive thru. I would’ve ask her to make me another one but this her 2nd time making my iced macchiato and still was not done right not to mention my cup is not even full. Sigh as a coffee drinker starting my day all I want is my coffee.

Most Dunkin’s at around 9pm turn me down when I ask for decaf. Not here when I ask they took my order and when I got to the window lady says we’re brewing up a fresh pot for you 🙂 I was surprised but not too surprised because this location employees are pretty great.
A bit crazy in the AM but that’s normal.
I’m happy I didn’t get the usually “we ran out” comment. ENJOYING sipping on my 9pm decaf and Boston cream donut Yum

Terrible terrible service. Can’t follow a simple order. How are they so incompetent that they can’t make an iced coffee with cream only. Hopefully the owners can fire the lazy crew and get some decent help soon. I won’t be back for a long time.

They must be under New Management because the people who work here literally have zero brains I asked for munchkins added to my online order which took me about 30 minutes to get because they’re slow like crazy and when I asked them politely how many munchkins can I order Smalley they told me one but I told him like who orders one munchkin nah so zero stars is what I give them
