Great location. Awful staff. Really need common courtesy training. Not even greet any guests. Just an ahuh. And on their phones. People hanging outside (staff friends) and homeless begging money inside the restaurant. I don’t want to go to that location ever again

The manager working right now With very short buzz cut blonde hair and the young guy she has working with her are both doing the worst job ever! They had me go back through the line twice to pick up food. Told me wait to wait in a parking spot and that they would bring me my food and I watch them serve 12 other people in the drive-through without bringing me mine. Then when I got on foot to ask what was going on and they told me I had to come back around again. Still with 15 cars in the drive-through. Luckily I was able to tell the guy in the car at the window to please ask for my food for me like it was his and he did so I was able to get it. But both of these people should be fired! I will never pick up food from this location ever again in my life.

Also I forgot to mention the very short haired buzz cut manager working tonight was so incoherent I don’t know what she’s on but she’s on something and shouldn’t be managing anything.

Food was tasty. Although the fries were stone cold. I can see why the Chick Fil-A next door is slammed for lunch and this place was dead.

Went here and picked up food. I used to love this location as the food was always good. This time the burger was awful. It was totally cold. I took one bite and was grossed out and threw it away. I called the restaurant and they told me to come back. I was already 10 minutes away and definitely didn’t have the time to return and told them that. They said they can’t do anything unless I return – definitely won’t be back to a place that finds it acceptable to serve cold food to customers.

They are so quick and their food is so fresh there’s no reason to go anywhere else they have the same chicken sandwich if not better than their competitor directly next door that seems to be backing up traffic all the time thank you for your great service and great food McDonald’s I do not need Chick-fil-A

Usually its ok. Its McDonald’s so its just ok. But today i ordered at the drive thru and my order of a six piece mcnuggets and two sausage biscuits was complex so i was told to park at the drive thru holding pen number 1. The girl came out with my order but then i was asked to describe my order. Really? I parked where i was told. Then i had to describe my order. Ridiculous. 6/23/22

The only reason i dont like it, is because they didnt have what i want… they should be pro active and delete from the big screen menu what is not available.

I visited two nights ago and had a great experience with Chelsea. She took my order, made sure everything was correct and had a friendly demeanor. After my first order, I saw that I could get a free sandwich with the points that I had. I lingered by the register and she asked if I wanted to put in another order. I said yes and ordered it. Never any attitude and she was patient while I pulled up the app so that it can be scanned to get the free sandwich. She made sure my food was hot and I received it in a timely manner. She gave me enough condiments and wished me a good night. I was happily surprised by this experience and wanted to say thank you so much Chelsea! Two thumbs up and a fantastic 5 star customer service experience!!! 🙂

I can’t speak for all locations obvi but that particular Mc Donald in 2700 N Federal HWY Fort Lauderdale, is top service.My food was so fresh I had to wait for them to them to cook it,the manager on duty was courteous too. Overall it was a great experience.
