Zero stars if I could. This is my local Dunkin’ and every time I TRY to give it a chance I instantly regret it. The ATTITUDE. THE RUDENESS. it’s insane. It’s almost as if you’re bothering them with your orders. Not to mention all drink orders always taste disgusting.
Last night I tried, again. It was 6:45pm and I drove in the drive thru twice.
Said “hello” into the speaker idk how many times and nothing. Went to the window and nothing.
Place looked deserted and closed. I pull over and the employee was sitting down on on the opposite end with her phone charger plugged into the wall and using her phone. (Picture below cus enough)
She didn’t even bother to look up. This place sucks and needs to close already. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.

Usually quick service. Every time the drive through window attending is really nice and friendly (not always same person). The food is of course standard for all DDs so service is what makes the difference. And service at this location is great.

The best Dunkin’ Donuts thus far! We’re from Georgia and while vacationing in South Florida came in for breakfast. The food was perfect and the staff was super friendly, starting make conversations and jokes about our Marlins and Braves hats which was great for our kids and made us feel like in this location the staff is focused on providing great service!

I am giving 5 stars to today’s amazing worker -July 19th around 5:00pm- at this location. Only him attending drive through, front cashier and making and serving all orders! I spent some minutes watching at him and never stop with a big smile on the face…5⭐️

This dunkin should just close down already. I have gone thru the drive thru several times after 3pm and they ignore you. Have to drive to window to put your order in. I wonder if managerment even cares or know that the black man that works there is so rude like you are bothering them while they pretend to work. I get to the window to order and he said that they do not have cold brew or anything else, this has happened on three occasions they just want you to leave. I will not be coming to this dunkin again. Get some real employees that want to work. Just looking at all the negative reviews, this should tell you something!

Big delivery truck had drive thru lane blocked. Went around bldg to pick up area and ordered and picked up. Young lady handled the confusion like a pro. A+++

I order a latte mocha and they forgot the coffee and the mocha it was literally a cup of oatmilk disgusting this is the second time. Sorry but you need to learn how to make a coffee please

I understand that school was out for about an hour or so and seems to be a hang out place for highschool students. However, I was in the drive thru and order 2 simple and identical drinks.
I received them in a reasonable time considering the kids in the front.
I am disgruntled about the service, as the employee at the window was angry looking and hand our drinks without straws. I quickly called out to her as she closed the window.
5 minutes later after a few attempts to get some attention the window opens and I ask for my straws.
She did apologized with the same attitude as handing me my drinks.
I recommend avoiding this location.
