This place had ladies that did not want to be working here. Talk about attitudes if you don’t want to work with customers why pick a customer service job. They had an attitude the entire time. My mother is so sweet and they were all chick’s with bad attitudes I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION STAY AWAY BEWARE. What a waste if money spent where it was not deserved.

The donuts are always good and fresh. And you got love the Hot sign. Even if I’m not going out for donuts, times I run over after Whataburger and get a couple for my dessert. Staff is always friendly and attentive

If there was a option for negative 5 I would’ve, this location is one of the most unorganized, unprofessional and disgusting I’ve ever been too. Let’s start right off that bat where the employees were rude as possible to were they obviously didn’t want to be there. Pushing us to buy a dozen when we said no Thank you and still pushed to sell, with the fact of messing up what we actually asked for. Secondly on the right side of the building there is a bee’s nest inside the building where you find dead ones all over the window seal and over the seats, when I brought it up I was basically told to be quiet and move somewhere if we don’t like it. Y’all honestly need to be shut down.

Ok I love donuts and so does the kids and I like Krispy Kreme but when the red light is on you expect fresh donuts right well I was wrong they were not fresh but the lady was nice enough so to the point donuts were old but the service was good so 3 stars

Same as always. Krispy kreme doughnuts are like crack. One you eat one, you gotta have more. Mind you I have never experienced crack, but from I heard from the experience of people who did the drug. Krispy Kreme affects your brain in a similar fashion. There maybe some of you who can eat just one. If so, tell me your secret.

I really love Krispy Kreme doughnuts! However, the customer service is horrible!! The lady at the drive thru was rude & very unpleasant! I’m sorry that it’s such an inconvenience for her to do the job that she’s getting paid for! I’ll just head on over to Shipley Do-Nuts, much better variety and they appreciate their customers!!

Can definitely confirm with other reviewers regarding young lady working drive-thru window and her lack of customer service etiquette. Ordered a dozen glaze doughnuts and before I had the opportunity to order anything else, she rushed and provided my total. While at the window, I asked if I could add on a cinnamon roll doughnut, and she proceeded to roll her eyes and close the window without an answer of yes or no. Because I didn’t want to inconvenience her day any further, I decided not to ask about the military discount… instead I drove off (and yes I know this was also wrong, smh). I just wish people understood how far one simple act of kindness could go for others.
