The gentleman at the front with the glasses, Skylar I think… his customer service is on point! So nice and personable. Has great manners. If I owned a business I’d want him to work with me!! Great attitude

Excellent coffee and extremely quick drive thru service during the morning rush! The gentleman at the window was very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience!

Rude and incompetent morning staff. The person making sandwiches was standing around while orders backed up and someone had to remind him to do his job. He then proceeded to use the same gloves he swept with to grab our food out of the tray. Drive through people were talking poorly about customers and one girl was carrying around a whole bag of donut holes around to eat while she was working. Overall they treat you like you interrupted them because you came to pay for food.

Just came from DD and the lady Brenda was an incredibly nice lady. I had just came from a dr appt w my 2 kids and my 17 yr old wanted their frozen cake latte. I wasn’t real sure what to get my 2yr old bc of course she’d want something w whip cream and stuff too but they didn’t have milkshakes. Brenda said she would fix her something so she made her a little drink w sprinkles and whip cream. I appreciate her kindness so much (she helped so that my 2 yr old felt she got a special treat like us and that means no tantrums on the way home. Wish I had cash on me I would have given this lady a tip. Great service at this place

I want to thank JJ and Antonio for their help today, there were both kind and worked to make sure my order was correct and complete. I appreciate JJ in particular, for taking precaution to keep customers safe. He cleared out expired inventory from the cooler, and took my order in the drive through. I appreciate these two for going out of their way, while other coworkers were refusing to help the two when things got a little busy. Thanks!

Rudest service I have ever received at a Dunkin. I am pretty sure I interrupted someone’s break, but as a customer I am unaware of someone’s breaks. My son wanted donuts, so instead of going somewhere else for coffee I came here. Seems as if none of the staff was thrilled to be working though.

The two that are working this evening are so sweet and polite. They even asked where we were traveling from… most teenagers could care less about that.
Oh yeah…My bagel was toasted perfect.

The appearance of this place is what got to me. The drive thru sign has been broken for weeks, 2 out of the 4 screens inside dont work, theres an open floor drain with a bucket collecting water on top of it right behind the pickup counter, and just generally the place is nasty. Theres grime on almost every surface giving the interior an air of sticky. I cant speak to the service since I was part of the morning rush, there really wasnt an opportunity to interact outside of ordering my food. The sandwiches and hash browns were satisfactory but even the munchkin box I was given had sticky residue on it. The staff seems overwhelmed and likely understaffed for rushes but I mean theres a point of demarcation on store welfare that this place clearly passed by.

Not sure why they think it is appropriate to use the cash register, handle money, sweep floors etc. wearing gloves and then touch peoples food with those same gloves on, might as well just use your bare hands. Someone in management needs to teach there employees food handling 101. I come here everyday and its the same people who do this time after time
