Had to wait a minute store is extremely clean bathroom very clean very professional courteous hostess or counter help just got me a couple dollars and a milk keep my sugar up but everything was very good very fresh Dunkin’ donuts is top shelf

Ordered 2 coffees and clearly asked for whole milk but instead was charged $1 extra for OAT MILK! Not the first time this has happened. Then we ordered two Boston cream donuts, which needless to say should have cream in them… Not this time, not even a drop. These may be little things but when I’m paying $12 I expect my order to be right.

My fave coffee spot. HAD to stop through otw to take my roomie to the hospital. He insisted; and it didnt take much twisting of my arm. Always an amazing staff and always upbeat!!! Happy Easter to this staff & God bless you guys! Awesome customer service

The sandwhich i had something hard and edible. I thought it was egg shell from the egg but it seem like it was a very tiny piece of bone from the sausage.

We had the BEST experience at this location!! Victoria, Adam, Ashley, and Tyrail took great care of us and were super attentive and just fabulous. 10/10 coming back super soon for the same fabulous care. You can tell these people care about what they’re doing!!!

Right off the bat this location put a bad taste in my mouth. The man over the intercom seemed bothered to have a customer. There was absolutely no joy in this man’s tone or interaction. Something in your location’s morning routine/ pow wow needs change. The unhappy resignates through the speaker. Someone in the management needs to encourage this team to have a great day because they are absolutely miserable at work. Hell, a simple cup of coffee maybe to pep the team up, a sprinkled donut … maybe a high five…something.
I passed a DD on the way to yours this morning and went out of my way to come spend my money here and am leaving less happy than when I woke up. It truly makes a difference in your customers day when they are greeting enthusiasticly vs. made to feel like a burden. Dunkin’ strives itself on being the start to a great day and a happy crew starts with the management and their passion for customer service
