I’ve always liked Krispy Kreme donuts until now. I went in to get my free regular birthday dozen and bought a dozen. They charged me $1.00 for the free dozen and the 6 vanilla cream filled and the other 6 cream filled doughnuts did not have any filling in them at all. So I got ripped off by this store. I feel that they owe me a $1.00 and another dozen of cream filled doughnuts. I could not just take them back since I live on the north side of Monticello almost in Georgia.

Employees were friendly and helpful but unfortunately donuts were not fresh if you charge 12 dollars for a dozen please make sure they’re fresh

Unfortunately they didn’t have any doughnut holes or the pecan doughnut i wanted to try. But other than that the staff was GREAT.

I went at 9:30pm because it said they were open until midnight and my fiancé and I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no response even though there was a car helped in front of us. As the line grew behind us I tried calling the store and someone immediately picked up. They helped no one in the drive thru line after us because we also circled back around. I get if you were closed or were out of doughnuts but you could clearly see people in there and it was not busy and there were doughnuts on the shelf. It was a waste of a drive to the Kristen Kreme and a waste of time sitting there + the gas. Very disappointed.

The woman taking our order obviously didn’t want to be there. My mother and I haven’t been in a few years, it was a treat. And the place was dead, we were in the drive through picking what we wanted and she was rushy and annoyed. When we got to the window she barely made eye contact and didnt smile even once. However the price was fair. Donuts are kinda dry. (I was starving so I ate one lol). I guess I’ll stick with Dunkins for my donuts.

misshapen cinnamon twists. they were just covered in powdered cinnamon. definitely not up to the usual krispy kreme standard. cashier was nice and helpful though!
