I didn’t have dessert. But their food was really good. I had a vegan burger and my friend had a chicken wrap. We went during a very busy time. Even though they were busy, the staff was great. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was fun, and the restaurant looked very well kept.

What a fun bakery to visit! The Boba Teas are delicious- my favorite is the Orange Cherry Blossom. And the light-up light bulb drink cups they come are awesome! The main reason we come here, though, are the macarons. My son is addicted and we like to buy him these French cookies as a special treat. But we only buy them on Mondays since they are half price! The macrons are colorful and tasty. Their cupcakes are beautifully decorated and there are many other sweet treats to choose from.

Would have given 4 stars but there are a few things that need improvement…the cupcakes and ice cream are perfect tasted great highly recommend eating here ..but the service was terrible and the entrance to this establishment was dirty..as we realized we didn’t want to sit and eat we got the food To go .I would like to clarify they were not busy and the young lady behind the counter was putting off vibes that she didn’t even want to be at work..FOOD WAS GREAT . thanks jones bros cupcakes keep up the hard work

I love this place when I visit Omaha. The light bulb cup actually lights up at the bottom. The flavor is so good! I wasn’t a fan of the Mangolata drink but the presentation and flavor were good. I wasn’t a fan of the straw. I did purchase 6 cupcakes butter cream and whipped. I wish they were located in my state, I’m a big fan of BoBo!

The employees are very friendly and helpful and the cupcakes are very unique and delicious! I didn’t get to try the boba but it looked amazing and I will certainly be back to give it a shot.

Previously left a bad review for bad service. Exact same employee have since improved all points of service. Have attended 10 times since bad experience. It’s very appreciated and noticed. Well deserved 5 stars. It’s not always about the mistake but the recovery. Great job

What a find! Visiting Omaha & found this place in the fun Aksarben area. Food was good, staff was outstanding! The same guy took our orders with a huge smile and was extremely welcoming and even brought our food to the table too! Now that was top-notch customer service! The atmosphere was great too! Highly recommend!

Service is nice, the place is cute. The cupcakes were good but not anything special to me. Prices are alright for the treats. I wasn’t too impressed by the ice cream. I would probably go back sometime if I’m in town.

We tried the Boba drinks and the drinks were 9/10.
The Bakery items were not as good… We tried the cupcakes and macarons, and they were about 6/10.

Stuff was friendly. There’s a big selection online, but it’s hard to tell in the store because of the placement of the menus. The cupcakes are the first thing you see, so it’s easy to miss the other options if you don’t already know they exist.
The cupcakes are ok, but pretty expensive.
