I recently placed my first online order from Jessica’s Sweet Shop and I was so impressed. Two grab bags for £5 was an amazing bargain, such a great assortment of treats all at such reasonable prices too! Delivery was great and also well priced, arrived quickly and well packaged. I’ll be buying from again and highly recommend.

I would recommend their products. Their sweets, drinks and confectionery are amazing. There is literally so much to choose from. There products are slightly overpriced. Reeces and Jolly Rancher are much cheaper elsewhere. However, be cautious when taking your child. The only issue I have is the way they speak to children if they touch some of the sweets with their hands. I have heard them speak to children from as young as 3 quite scarily, loudly and abruptly to them, upsetting that child and of course, the parent in the process. Children will not know what is right or wrong in that situation. I think the staff should approach that child friendly, gracefully and respectfully, rather than splurging out words abruptly for everyone to hear in the store. It’s embarrassing for that child and the poor parent. Plus, it can create longlasting anxiety for that child. It does appear two members of staff do this, definitely one and it makes them look completely out of touch with children and questions whether it’s right for them to work in a sweet shop. When I become a parent, I will not take my child there because I’ve seen this far too many times and it’s really sad to see.

After a horrid experience in the school shop it was a breath of fresh air to have such amazing customer service!! I had my four children with me (youngest is behind in his development). One of the assistants noticed I was struggling with the pick and mix and offered to help! These two ladies are angels . I didn’t get chance to get their names but they made my day.

Got these ordered in April and I’ve had more previous to this. I swear they get better every time. Been meaning to leave a review and I shall be ordering again soon. Great value with the pouches!

Lovely sweets and very quick delivery. Only down side is that out of 4 platters I ordered for gifts 3 contained duplicate items with no discussion for substitutes or cancellation. Would order again if this would be able to be solved in future

Far and away the best place to buy sweets from online. Excellent prices and the customer service is out of this world. Even though DPD messed up our delivery Jessica’s was all over it when I called up and resolved things swiftly. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough and will deffo be returning with another order. After we work through our massive order this time. Thanks guys

Ive been here loads and always had such a lovely experience from the staff but not today. My 4 year old accidentally dropped a lolly and it cracked and before I could pay for it the lady working there jumped at me rudely demanding me to be careful. Like my child meant to drop it? If she had come over and asked if I could pay for the mistake I would of happily as my child is my responsibility but she was so rude and caused such a scene unnecessary. In the end she demanded the remaining stuff we wanted to purchase off my 2 year old child and told us to never return. Over a broken lollipop……ridiculous
