This store is always well stocked and presented. The staff are friendly and talkative. There is a great range of both frozen and fresh products. Don’t make the assumption it is all unhealthy frozen junk food. It isn’t. There is loads of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh dairy and pasta. It is located next to the car park and has easy access to load into your car. It’s wheelchair accessible.

Busy but can’t expect it not to be with such good prices. Check out girl was fast, a bit too fast for me! But we were thro the tills in just a few minutes so worth it to get out! Well stocked too!

Queue of 2 people so opened another checkout, seem to be doing well on stock levels and prices seem to be more stable than some other places.. not changed still sells frozen stuff, and othybits to keep a family fed

Fully stocked loads of choice with different ranges of price to suit individual purse. Loving the Slimming World range and special offers they have, and you just cannot beat a box of broken biscuits for when your home with a brew! The only negativity is the how clean the shop is and some of the shelves was like a jumble sale.

Iceland in Worcester was so good today when I visited. I got everything I was looking for with no problems. For the last two weeks I have not been able to buy Stilton cheese in many stores. Went into Iceland and there was lots of it . I was very impressed. Very good fruit and veg which was fresh and clean looking. Easy to get around the store and served promptly . Excellent choice of quality wines today and I bought 2 very good wines at 2 for £10. It has the advantage of being next to the car parking so I can easily take the shopping to my car. I dont have to go out doors as it’s all in the crowngate shopping complex. Pleasant and helpful staff. Today was a really nice experience.
