Was on vacation with the family and needed a place to get off our feet as we were walking around looking at the homes in in the garden district. Just happened on this little place. We got some cookies and other treats and they were really good. Place was clean and the staff was friendly. Recommend stopping in if you are touring the area.

This store is GROSS. I’m leaving two starts because the food was pretty good but it smells stale in there, there’s dust on the light fixtures above the open pastry bar and flies all over everything. Definitely a bit grossed out.

Tasty selection of pastries and sandwiches. The iced hibiscus tea was excellent. Friendly service, indoor/outdoor seating. Convenient location on St Charles Ave.

This cafe is located in a quite street in Garden District. It is surrounded by beautiful mansions and homes of the area. A convenient location to fuel up before or after your walking tour for this neighborhood. The pastries are quite fresh and tasteful. They do have some unusual croissant flavors such as feta and spinach, caramel sea salt. Feta and spinach reminds one the Mediterranean boreks. They are flaky and savory very good combination. We will stop by again when visiting this part of the town

So disappointed! Went here based on the stellar reviews, but was let down. I had a cappuccino, which was made out of an instant machine. It left much to be desired. I also had the almond croissant, ham and cheese croissant, savory brioche, and egg sandwich. The croissants were flakey with nice flavor. The brioche’s mix ins were not evenly distributed, so a few bites had a very concentrated onion flavor, others cheese. This pastry would have been better if it was possible to blend the flavors. I do not recommend this. The egg sandwich was bland. I had egg (only whites??), pepper jack, and the two sauces on onion bread. Bland bland bland. This may be one of the worst sandwiches I’ve had.
On a separate note, the service was slow. I waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. 15 minutes. There was no one ahead of me. Also, there was only one woman working the front. So she waited on one person at a time and then got items. Then, did that again. They need more servers.
Lastly, be careful in the bathroom. Uneven flooring, low ceiling, and weird sized steps. Also, they should put in a changing table for families.

Severely overpriced STALE pastries, and really expensive flavorless coffee. Two stars, instead of just one, because the staff is decent enough.

Got a delicious Candied Pecan Kouign Amann and Iced Vanilla Oat Milk Latte. A great way to start the day!

The food is very overpriced for what you get. Our order was “forgotten” and I had to ask after 3 other customers were served(we were sitting right in front of the counter, so the employee knew we were waiting on our food). Ordered a ham, brie, and fig jelly sandwich. There were 2 slices of deli ham, 1 small sliver of brie and almost no fig jelly. The bread was burnt. The garbage can was overflowing, the tables dirty, and the water in the cooler had an odd taste(maybe just because of New Orleans).
Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

This is a busy little neighborhood stop. I had an egg and sausage on a cheese biscut. For a fimilar sounding order, nothing was average. I enjoyed the small variations they made in the same ol same ol. Cheese biscut was unique and the eggs were light and fluffy, almost a souffle texture. Mmm
