Great customer service. Coffee is hot and flavorful. I tried the Multigrain bagel with cream cheese for the first time. I recommend it toasted. Very pleased with my visit. 11:39am on a Thursday not busy at all. Thank you!

Yamilet was an absolute joy to work with. I had called representing our schools PTA and asked if they would be interested in donating donuts for our staff appreciate breakfast and she immediately said yes! All of our donuts and coffee were ready right on time, the presentation of it all was phenomenal and so easy for us to set up Thank you to you and all the staff who made this breakfast happen❤️

Ordered 2 large hot lattes on the mobile app and when my employee returned to the office, she had 2 large iced lattes. She had no idea what we had ordered and assumed that they were correct. The label on each drink says Lg Hot Orig Latte with each drinks additions listed below. I called the store 3-4 times and never got an answer. If their own label says “Hot”, you’d think one of their staff members would notice.

Poor service, i pretty much have to be there extra early every time because they are either really slow or mess up the order. Today i didn’t have time to have them fix the order so i got a refund and the kid knowing i was in a rush took his sweet time giving me my money back, almost sarcastically inspecting the coins. The girl taking our order was rude, acted like we were dumb for not knowing that there’s a difference between the refresher and a drink with coconut milk. Will go there again, but i will definitely stop just taking wrong orders in order to not cause a fuss.

My orders aren’t very complicated but they are still incorrect about half of the time, the other half of the time they’re great. It seems like they have a fast employee turnover rate here – maybe consider paying your employees more to have a higher retention rate. Mobile ordering never works for the Dyer location. Employees are friendly.

Have not been to this location in over 1 year because of customer service. Thought I would give it a try today (4/24/22). Cashier was standing at the register talking/ flirting with her co worker, and was rude. Probably because I interrupted her convo. I asked for glazed munchkins and I got chocolate and blueberry( I should have checked) partially my fault. But good to know they did not listen to my request. And I didn’t get a receipt. . What happened to good customer service and quality check!? Won’t be going back any time soon.

Today this morning at 10:15 I was extremely disrespected because I held up the line for a minute. All working mangers that morning including Natalie,kiloni,and a gentleman whom is tall with glasses when very mean and rude they did not want to give me my coffee nor serve me. I had to get down and still got disrespected and kicked out of the store. I am a regular customer at this location and will definitely be calling corporate this unexceptionable.

That morning crew really knows how to make an Iced Vanilla latte! Honestly, I’m not even a coffee drinker, I’m just getting it for my wife, but I’m drinking more and more of it on the way home!!! Kudos, guys!!!

Horrible customer service!! One of the employees and their shift manager think they work at a Car club. They like revving their sports cars with excessively loud exhaust systems with complete disrespect for their work establishment and disregard for their drive thru customers. Not only was I not able to hear my order total, my car Munchkins were old, my coffe had no sugar and a receipt was not given.
