I would never leave a review for a Dunkin franchise, because it’s not that deep. HOWEVER, this place gets the order wrong every single time – iced when I asked for hot (the worker rolled her eyes and snapped at me for not speaking clearly), matcha latte with way too much matcha powder and barely any milk, espresso lattes with all milk and no espresso. Only one worker there has ever been friendly, the rest are either indifferent or rude. Hopefully this is the one way I can implore the managers to do something different for their staff and customers to improve everyone’s experience.
AVOID THIS DUNKIN AT ALL COSTS.
they are incompetent, slow, and rude. They won’t tell you when your order is ready. They’ll leave it there behind the counter to get cold.
Don’t go here. Brew coffee at home. Or skip out. It’s not worth it to order here.
Avoid this location. Orders take an eternity and incorrect. There is no customer service. The employees laugh in the customers’ faces when they become irritated and/or upset. Dunkin’ needs to revoke their franchise.
On the go orders are always quick and the staff is really great. Coffee quality is standard for what I’d expect at a Dunkin and for the price it’s hard to beat. Doughnuts are usually pretty fresh as well.
Worst dunking ever. They will never get an order right in their lives.
The staff is nice and friendly here and always trying their best to get everyone’s order done and out quickly. I feel they should have more staff to help during morning rushes though and not throw all that on one person to manage, especially now days.
The person who took my order was great. But the crew fixing the coffee not good.!! I asked for extra large Dark Roast with extra cream. They gave me cold coffee with barely any cream. When I told them I need more cream and my coffee is cold. They lie and say it is fresh coffee come on how lazy can u be. So They give me a new coffee its hot but its not dark roast. I will never spend my money there again!! You are loosing customers because of your staff not because of COVID!!!!!
FOOD WAS GOOD ITS BEEN A FEW TIMES MY ORDER WAS MISSING HASH BROWNS OVER COOKED
One of the cooks “Crystal” asked me to take my two cups of coffee off the counter, I told her “No” because I am waiting on the rest of my order. She didn’t like that coming from me. She made me wait a few extra minutes for my order that I can see was visibly ready. I wasn’t even that mad but then she threw my food on the counter! ABSURD! The employees don’t even wear hair nets or name tags there. I asked the cashier to give me her name and number to corporate. Instead they called the police. I had the time and the police eventually left frustrated. I surely waited an hour to complain to the manager directly about “Crystal” for the poor service and the “hickies” on her neck and “Angie Scherrer” for refusing to identify her name while at work and calling law enforcement on a customer just asking for basic contact info to escalate a complaint. ♂️ Don’t spend your money here.
I sent my son up there and he ordered my order while I was on the phone and they still got my drink wrong and I think they did it on purpose because he was a kid. Not cool not cool at all! My large ice Carmel coffee that suppose to have extra Carmel and a shot of espresso taste horrible and it don’t have the espresso in it nor the extra Carmel! And I called them 4x’s no answer!
