Miserable people working there. Horrible mushy food. Lousy ice cream. Ok coffee. Way too expensive for the lack of quality. Cost is the same at Stan’s Donuts just down the street. The quality is much better and the people are SO much nicer at Stan’s!

There’s this one black girl who has the most nasty attitude and it seems like it bothers her that I had to interrupt her texting and talking on the phone. She was more worried about her phone than the customers and still have such a bad face gestures. Never coming back here again. After 1 year I had enough of her. They need to come and train them again.

I purchased an ice coffee with whipped cream. To much sugar was added to the coffee and whipped cream is too expensive. Employee had a negative attitude.

The young Lady who took my order was lovely–she was responsive and polite. However, it was an African-American Lady working right beside her and she was on her cell phone. My question is why is she on her cell phone and touching food without gloves. Cell phones are just as dirty as money. I bet if the owners were there she wouldn’t have been on her cell phone. I think it is unclean to be on your cell phone while touching food especially since we are in a pandemic. Just NASTY!

This place is very clean, and the staff is friendly. However, some more training might be in order.
When I got there this morning, the order I had placed last night by phone had been neglected,; they had a handwritten slip of paper with my order, but nobody had started it, so they had to create my order on the fly. This delayed me for about 10 minutes, not horrible but kind of annoying.
Also, one of the big boxes of coffee did not get assembled well, and they did not check it before giving it to me. When I get to my car, I noticed that it was about to collapse. I took it back in, and after some fussing, they put the bag of hot coffee into a new box. They also did not label which was regular and which was decaf.
Take-away: if it’s anything complicated, be very clear with the staff as to what you need, and be prepared to wait. But they are kind people.
