So impressed by the kindness of the staff!
My household was just struck by COVID, meaning we can’t really get out and are stuck at home. We parked in a curbside pickup lane and asked if our mobile order could be left on the hood of the car. The staff agreed to it, and not only took time to deliver the order, but included a donut and sweet note for us. The coffee was great as well!

Even with their curbside being closed, I called the store and was able to get my mobile order brought to my car. I got them to leave the order on the hood of my car since my friend and I are sick. They were extremely accommodating to our request. They even gave us a free donut with a sweet note on it! Great staff and products!

Always good! Definitely try the Sunrise batch iced coffee! It’s delicious and has good flavor to it! And the stuffed croissant is most definitely a hit and I hope it’s here to stay! The doughnuts are always fresh and delicious!

Depending on the time of day will you actually get your order right good service and decent quality food if you go in the afternoons (2nd shift) by the time you get to the window even though I repeated myself 3 times they don’t remember, then the manager let me know that she was a trainee, yet she was at the window by herself very confused. I still didn’t get everything I ordered and was basically 2 pieces of bread with 2 slices of cheese thrown in it barely grilled and an apple juice 1 donut.Come on guys thats not a hard order.

This isn’t a review for this specific location, but just Dunkin’ as a company. The app stole $10 from me and they wouldn’t give it back. It was just a simple processing error, but then customer service wouldn’t refund me the money at all. After months of emailing them, they finally offered me a $4.80 refund. (The actual amount I was owed was $9.60, so double what they refunded me.) I know it’s not a big deal, but they legitimately stole money from me, so I won’t be going back.

I have been here 5 times since they opened and I was extremely impressed each and every time. As many know, consistency is the key to any good business, especially fast food, and this Dunkin’ location nailed it every time! The staff here is young and friendly with zero attitude. They move quickly and gave me my order with a smile. Food was hot and fresh and the coffee was perfectly made. Keep up the great work!

Love the sweets and the tea is very good. Never to long of a wait. Always friendly employees super nice and clean. Only thing is sometimes the food isn’t the best(as in ham sandwich etc) but the doughnuts are great.
