I don’t get donuts as often as I used to, but I have stopped off at Dunkin’ Donuts a few times since I’ve been in Denver on business. Chocolate donuts with chocolate icing are delicious and used to be my favorites.
That being said, I remember when the icing looked like it was placed on the donut on purpose. These days it looks like it was accidentally spilled on the donut and then smeared around when they tried to wiped it off.
This is their new standard and the donuts look like this every time I go there.

Ordered a Turkey Sausage and Cheese Sandwich. Tasted fine, nothing exciting, though it was a little messy. Rather sad looking.

I’d love to give this place a better rating, but apparently whoever was working in the early afternoon on Friday couldn’t be bothered to be at work to, you know, do their job? If you want to commit petty theft, I guess go to this Dunkin for some free donuts. It’s not like there will be anyone there to stop you, apparently.

Coffee isn’t that good, and there are better places to get donuts. Also, I dealt with a rude worker at the drive thru speaker and was upset when leaving. I was trying to order the rest of what I wanted, and she cut me off and said “see you at the window” to which I responded “oh can I get the egg bites too?” And she said in a rude tone “I thought you just wanted the macchiato” when she gave me absolutely no time to order my food as well. The energy is off here and they’re much friendlier at Starbucks honestly. Or just go to stellas, which is local!

Do not order an Iced Macchiato from this location. They do not use actual brewed espresso as listed on DD’s website. Super disappointed when I paid $6 for a large cup of milk with old weak iced coffee poured on top.

Only problem I’ve really had here is the few times I’ve asked for less ice, they seem to ignore it or overlook it and my cup is like 2/3 of the way filled with ice. Its getting a little irritating when after only a few drinks im practically done because most of my cup is filled with ice instead of coffee. I dont come there to pay for a cup of ice! I get mistakes happen but its every single time I order my iced coffee with less ice. Its not like I’m asking for something complicated….

Lie about DD Perk price. Sign says $1.49 any size iced or hot coffee. I am always charged $2.59 any way and cashier just makes up nonsense about needing a printed coupon so I ask where do you I get a coupon? He says he doesn’t know. Acts completely untrained, clueless. Like a television character. Almost funny except he’s over charging me. I took picture of sign with price, my DD Perks card, and receipt and went online and found many consumers have been over charged also and corporate doesn’t give a rats ass.
My business is going elsewhere.

Good donuts, good coffee. Service can be a little iffy. Experienced a few order mix ups. Seems like the drive thru gets all the attention instead of folks on the inside.
