The gentleman working in the morning was very rude and disrespectful from the moment I arrived there. He was constantly harassing me and after I ordered my drink I proceeded to sit in the booth I was at. Yes it was for a few hours but I was not bothering anyone or causing any problems. Without asking me to leave, he then called the cops on me and had me removed, and refused to refund me for my drink which I was not yet finished with. He assumed I wasn’t gonna buy anything and was upset when I did and stayed too long in his eyes. Why was I singled out when I was keeping to myself and a paying customer like everyone else. I will be following up with this matter and would like to have contact with corporate and have this unprofessional, disrespectful, discriminating employee reprimanded for embarrassing me in front of a big crowd of people and I want my money back for the drink I was forced to finish outside the building where I am currently sitting

We stopped for lunch and had pancakes and The Best corned beef hash I have ever tasted!!! We were able to sit outside and they were also very dog friendly. Will come back here for sure!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE DUNKIN’ IN THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE THOMPSON CENTER.
The employees are very fast and friendly! If you’re a regular they will start to recognize you while you’re in line and start your order. (Which is nice because they usually have a long line) My coffees are usually good, it can be a hit or miss with new employees but I understand. Khatija and Dina (I think that’s her name) are very very friendly and just wonderful taking my order and preparing my coffees!

Despite seeing me on a regular basis the same cashier/ manager has s problem remembering what I order but remember other people’s and speak to them, but I get treated poorly when I speak my order daily and get the same thing for over 2yrs. and when they still get it wrong and get a attitude with me, then the staff sit my order down while waiting for the other customers pick their order up form out of their hand, but I Still remain respectful this is horrible how I’m treated !!! Then some days im treated better not good, But, the employee named Maria is the reason I even patronize this place, she’s awesome !!!!

This is easily on e of the best Dunkin Donuts that I’ve visited. Here on a visit with some of my friends from my dorm, we were really craving something sweet. So we swung through this Dunkin as we were walking through town and I was really impressed. Th service was great, and I was pleased with the food. The donuts were fresh, and my stomach was happy.

This review is for the dunkin donuts on the concourse (lower level) of the Thompson Center. I go here often around 8:30 when the line is longest and they do an amazing job. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and are always pleasant and quick. Wish they had their own respective page to leave this review on because they deserve it.

The Big n’ Toasted is a fine tasty sandwich, add a few hash browns (thin tator tots) and you got yourself a decent meal. Staff can be somewhat friendly to meh in helpfulness, usually not rude though with the shear number of locations, some bahness can exist, That being said they do tend to have some tasty dounuts and breakfast sandwiches, can’t say nothing about the coffee as I don’t drink that.
