I make numerous purchases at this store & since the curbside option is no longer available, I have chosen to walk in instead. I was standing there a few minutes & not once did an employee acknowledge that there was a customer waiting for their order. There was 8 employees I counted & I made perfect eye contact with 3 of them with not one of them greeting or at least saying,I will be right with you. I’ve worked in retail many years & know it can get busy but a simple hello would work. A customer walked in after me & he was helped right away (at the register) my drink was already made which is why I gave it the 2 stars but this has happened too many times. Even management was ignoring. Bad service!!

Very disappointed. Gave me the wrong coffee. I asked for hot coffee and was given an ice coffee. She corrected it and gave me a COLD hot coffee. Go inside and he gave me a freshly brewed hot coffee but the coffee wasn’t made how I asked. I was charged for ice coffee so he have me 2 donuts that was stale. The donuts I brought was stale and the coffee rolls was not a coffee roll. I gave the store 2 because he tried to correct the matter.

Ever since I was introduced to their refreshers with lemonade, I’ve been going everyday! My favorite is the Mango Pineapple lemonade

Worst experience ever. I waited 5+ mins to be served, with no apparent reason for the delay. Cashier serving was polite, but hardly pleasant or welcoming, made no attempt to justify delay. I ordered my food and proceeded to the ‘waiting area’. I waited over 15 mins and did not see or hear my order. Several other guests that appeared to get served after me, seemed to collect their orders albeit after a delay and I saw several people chase up their orders. Having seen people served after me and people just arriving (online orders) getting their orders, I decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I waited patiently behind other queuing customers and asked for a refund. The girl who identified herself as a manager cancelled my order with distain and certainly not the attitude I would expect in a customer facing role, let alone a manager. I asked for the corporate office details so I could complain to someone who might care, and she made me wait whilst she went to the back of the office to get the number. An appalling experience and one that (despite being a franchise) has put me off ever frequenting a Dunkin Donuts establishment again. I would of ordinarily just brushed this off, but as a single parent taking their child to Dunkin Donuts as a treat, this was totally unacceptable.

Haven’t had a DD coffee in a while and this sure hit the spot. The drive thru was super quick, even with a long line and the staff was very helpful to ensure we got our orders right.
I had an iced coffee with French vanilla and my fiance had a berry tea. Both were superb. Highly recommend over Starbucks or Moonbeans.
Staff wore masks and gloves. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend for a morning coffee or mid day treat.

I wish I got the name of the nice guy behind the counter! He was fun and convinced me to try the matcha green tea latte. He made it look cute and even gave me a couple samples of their syrups so I could try the vanilla and blueberry flavors mixed with the green tea. I loved the vanilla one! Blueberry was okay but not my preference. Great service. Not a huge fan of their coffee but the pastries and green tea latte were great. 5 stars for great service.

Coffee was bomb & my grilled cheese delicious. It was a very clean place. I love clean establishments. The only downfall was this young lady’s attitude. She was about to take my mom’s order when she turned around & look at the other cashier and said “no!” My mom speaks spanish & she didn’t want to take her order because of that. So the other cashier took her order. Thank you ma’am!

They need to change the staff or give them customer training! Plus the male supervisor or manger, they have there! He is no help at all! Rude Rude!!!! They always get the wrong order, plus they always say we don’t do frozen coffee. plus never have the breakfast that is in the menu. This Dunkin donuts is the one on south Jackson Rd, Pharr TX. So Today, I went to another Dunkin Donuts on North Mcoil Rd edbg tx. It’s was worse! My daughter order peach drink. They gave her “dragon fruit” My daughter taste it, she meantion this not peach flavor. This was our first time ordering this drink. I asked the girl from Dunkin donuts, is this peach flavor. She said no , it’s dragon fruit flavor. . We had barely gotten out from the hospital. They did some Lab work to my daughter. I said we ordered the peach flavor!!! this was there mistakes. The lady said give me back the drink, I gave you. “I’m like okay! With this virus going on, To top it off it was a large drink. They probably gave it to someone else. Why would they ask for it back. especially when they New my daughter had drank from it! I’m not going back to none of there Dunkin donuts places. My Daughter drink was there made already. Or maybe it was someone else. WOW we cannot trust this people with our Health. At least while this pandemic and flu season is here.

I went thru the drive- thru asked for a dozen assorted filled and got this… plus my 6 donunt holes and 1 cappuccino that turned into 2 not by choice. Total of $15.13. This is not assorted mix guys. Thre cappuccino mocha is to drowned in mocha syrp not normally how it should be. Not appealing deffently going with Shipley Do-Nuts next time.
