Disappointed that this location doesn’t fill up the cups all the way to the top. I ordered two Large Iced Coffees but instead received a Medium Plus. The excuse? The young female manager stated that because it has no ice they CANT fill the cup. BUT even when I have ordered with ice they still give me cups filled this way. Except today I had to say something because it was a bit excessive.
Usually the service is great but lately it’s going downhill; about 15 minutes wait time for each order. I stopped buying donuts there because almost every time there are flies around the donuts.

Can’t believe how bad of service we received here. The cashier charged us and proceeded to start putting in Donuts into the box, when I told her I wanted to pick my own flavors, she just made a face and left us standing there for like 10 minutes. When I asked another employee why she just left us standing here, she just shrugged. Finally she came back with a sour look on her face. Very bad customer service and the selection of flavors were very limited.

Horrible service. Walked in and never even got a “hi welcome” or “I’ll be right with you”. There was a two employees and both them of saw me and my mom and never said anything. There was only one person in drive thru and they got them out fast however never attended us. They started restocking, coming back and forth and not once did they say anything to help us. 15 minutes waiting to get attended. Then two other women walked in and saw that no one has helped us and asked if they said they would be right with us and we said no. They asked for the manager and the employee said that he’s coming yet never came. We left after that, we waited for almost 20 minutes and never got attended. Really bad service.

I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. This is the only Dunkin Donuts that stops selling food at 5:30. they only sell Donut and coffee after 5:30 pm .Im definitely not coming back here.I spoke to manager and his statement was that they stop selling food after 5:30pm because they don’t want to waisted money since they are getting close to their closing hours. “but they close at 10pm “

Been craving a chocolate frosted cake donut for some time now, but no Dunkin Donut where I live. Just so happens that today, I was in the area so had to stop by to satisfy my craving. Super long line of about 10 cars. Parked to go in, but doors were closed. Had to wait in line. Nobody likes to wait that long! HOWEVER, once I bit into that donut I’d been craving, the wait was totally worth it!!

Customer service is so bad!!!! The customer service has gone down hill in this location. Everyone is always in a mood, when you walk in they ignore you act like your not there, they keep you waiting in line they never tell you “Hi I’ll be with you in a bit” the place is so dirty as well. Manager is always there and it looks like he doesn’t care either.

We went when the light was on and were treated to a fresh-off-the-conveyor glazed donut! It melts in your mouth! The donuts are delicious, and you can probably eat two without too much trouble. My favorite is the Strawberry donut with sprinkles. I also like the donut with lemon glaze filling!

Early on Saturday morning went in for some muffins and I was told they did not have any available. Requested a couple of donuts that were not fresh at all. This place does not remind me of the Dunkin Donuts that I have previously been to.

I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts about 2 days ago during late hours right before they were going to close. As I ordered my drink I looked into the window and saw one person doing what seemed like almost everything. When he came to the window I asked him where his manager was and he said his manager was not helping him and was in the back refusing to help in the front. Maybe this is why my service was so slow? Justice for the boy who was working in the front doing everything.

Never fails,waiting forever for your order is common practice here,even more so with the drive through. It would be amazing if somebody higher up looked into why that is. Drive through is ridiculous.
