i ordered a Carmel iced coffee with three creams & three sugars. my drink was grainy when i tasted it because they did not mix the sugar… terrible service.

I placed my order at 7:25 am. The register was off line so that was a 10min wait to pay. I order a larger caramel hot latte with an extra shot of expresso. I get to work. I have a regular latte no extra shot or caramel. I tried calling them 5times. No answer and voicemail filled, so I can’t leave a message. I took my drink back when I was able to get a break from work. The manager witnessed her worker be very rude to me and tell me “take the lid off my cup so she can pump the caramel in there since I came back 2hours later”. She went back and forward with me because I wanted a fresh latte made the way I paid for it earlier. I have never been so disappointed with the service I’m paying for. The manager also took attitude with me because she couldn’t control her out of order staff. I will be reporting my experience to corporate. My money matters to me.

First off, there was only one cashier servicing an ever growing line of customers, so by the time the young woman took my simple order (everything bagel with veggie cream cheese toasted twice). I had to wait another three minutes only to get my order. Upon arrival at work, I quickly discovered that my bagel wasn’t toasted at all, so I had to take it back. Not a happy camper at all.

Both my son and I bought the same sandwich for lunch and my son was sent home from school after throwing up eggs and bacons. We got food poisoning and we suffered so much right before the holidays. I had to get a sick day off and my son couldn’t go to school next day, unable to sleep due to pain for many days. The store didn’t even properly respond to my contact. Very disappointed and be careful if you don’t want to get sick especially during pandemic.

Sheldon, who has only been working at this location for 2 months, already needs a raise! I normally just go for the cold brew just black and leave but he went above and beyond from mopping the floor to quickly attending us since he saw there was no team member in the floor. I was craving something sweet so I asked him about his favorite donut, I had never tried it so I thought I’d give it a try- best decision ever!

Fast service. The lady in charge was just crushing drink orders for regulars and new people. I forgot to get her name but she deserves a raise. Worked the windy city fest down the street and went outta my way all 4 days to come back and get my breakfast/ coffee there because of her.
