Ordered online and i could not eat anything. The hash browns were stale and the sandwhich was cold and the wrap was a joke. Maybe the doughnuts are ok but the food they served me was really disgusting.

Everytime I visit this location they’re out of something. Today they only had medium size cups so if you wanted to order a large to take advantage of the free munchkins you couldn’t do that and if you wanted to order a small you’re forced to order up. They’re always limited on which bagels they actually have anytime I’ve visited. The staff however has always been wonderful, helpful and friendly.

Working EMS so my vehicle doesn’t exactly fit through the drive through. Walked in the store that was unlocked with NO signage other than stating mobile orders inside. We were told the lobby was closed. Explained that we wouldn’t fit and one clerk graciously agreed to wait on us. While waiting another customer walked in and she too pointed out no signage stating the lobby was closed. Thus began the loud arguments between several of the employees began, one more irate than others. It was not a pleasant experience and the food was reflective of the ill will. Big thanks to the one employee who tried to be kind to a pair of exhausted medics and to the other customer who walked in because the drive thru line was backed up down Derenne. You only got the 2 stars because that one employee chose to be kind. I’d give her 5 stars the rest zero.

This dunkin donut ruined my morning. The drive thru lady was super rude and she got all our orders wrong. I wanted caramel macchiato and she gave me a plain iced coffee. Our mini bagel bites were frozen on the inside. I also ordered one bagel sandwich and one croissant sandwich but we got 2 burned bagel sandwiches. The bagel was hard as a rock. We even repeated our orders twice and somehow they still messed it up horribly. Very very disappointing.

Today is the second day where the lobby is closed and the drive thru gives us no response. The place is clearly open with employees inside but it’s almost like they choose not to serve customers. After waiting in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes, with nobody ahead of us, (keep in mind this same thing happened a few days ago) we go up to the window and theres two employees inside probably just hanging out for the fact that its a typical Monday at 2pm. What else could they have possibly been doing? We order two lattes and they proceed to be the milkiest, thickest abomination of syrup and cream with a drop of coffee. A clear example of Savannah’s streak of awful fast food service. Don’t go to this Dunks. They don’t care about your satisfaction. — the image is supposed to be a COFFEE latte but its literally just milk.

Needs to be closed. Not even good food but causes so much traffic jams in a major road just like the chic fil a on mall. And come on people. Gas stations make better coffee and donuts anyway.

This Dunkin is by far the worst I have been to. The tea tasted like water and when I confronted the employees about it, they seemed so furious that they had to do their job. The munchkins tasted disgusting. They were beyond slow to make me everything and looked angry the entire time. Will not be going back. The only reason they got 2 stars were because I ended up getting a refund from them, even though they were definitely not happy about it.

It was a 5star… The cashier said her name was Hope. I order to pick up for my daughter so I picked up with no problem. I came back because I drop the hot chocolate anyway I was asking her do she have the receipt from the order which all she had to say was no but she got a little rude and said if we keep receipts it will be everywhere which I can understand but the rudeness isn’t, anyways she keep over talking me when I was just asking for another hot chocolate. I said to her wait just wait and let me talk she did and then I asked for a hot chocolate. She took the next customer the parent and two younger kids they got 12 associated donuts it took a little time but I waited patiently they got thier donuts and drinks before me which I didn’t understand because that was the first time that happened to me they take the order give you your order then go to the next customer. I’m always coming here in the afternoon so I now how the process goes also that’s the first time I seen her ( Hope ). I think I’ll stick with the afternoon I love the energy .
I did call up there as I was driving away but no answer called up there 3 more times no answer I wanted to let them know what happened.

What horrible service. They have no idea what a virtual gift card is. They don’t listen and very rude. Open up the flipping inside so that we can pick out what we want not what you want us to have. If you’re so unhappy and hate your job quit.
