This is my favorite dunkin in the district, I even come here to have drinks remade. They know what they are doing, willing to remake when they don’t, and go above and beyond. Corporate doesn’t care. They simply don’t. They don’t answer emails, or phone calls so it’s nice to know the people that work here care enough to help make your coffee worth the price.

The food and latte were made perfectly to order. However, we were driving on a weekend and it’s just off of the highway. It was extremely packed, inside and out, so it took about 15 mins or more to get my items. But it was expected being off the highway. They more than made up with the perfect service!

I typically stop by this establishment in the morning. But lately it’s gone downhill. The staff is rude. Everything is made poorly. There’s no care put in to anything anymore. Got a frosted doughnut that had little to no icing on it at all. Got to cold brew coffee‘s. I think they forgot to add the coffee. Taste like dirty water. And the employee argued with me stating that cold brew is supposed to taste like that. I’ve been coming here forever and it’s never tasted like this. they remade it with the same cold brew so it taste of the same. total waste of money and ruin my morning.

Had the best DD experience ever. Seriously! They were so fast and so kind. Welcomed everyone at the door. Every DD employee needs to be sent here for training on customer service. This was top notch.

The glazed munchkins are amazing! It dosent matter what time of day you go, they are always so fragile, warm and fluffy! The mango pineapple refresher was soo yummy! I got it with the coconut milk. It’s in a great location as well. I’m sure the city hall folks across the street appreciates that it’s so close to them.

We were here at 7am on a Sunday and the restaurant was already filthy with debris all over the floor. From what we could see of the food preparation area, that was filthy too. Not to mention a decrepit and pealing faux leather couch in the main lounge.The hot chai latte was lukewarm at best and bacon burnt beyond a crisp. The store also smelled like something had burned.

Not sure what the actual store hours are, but I went midday, and the doors were locked. Though I was still able to utilize the drive through, there wasn’t any sort of sign saying that they were closed, or why they were closed.
Donuts are ok. The ratio of donut to icing is OFF, but then again….my opinion may be a bit biased due to being a die hard KK fan.

I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee nearly every single day of the week for 4 years right before I go in to work.
I have multiple Dunkin’s along my drive but I always choose to go a little bit out of my way to go to this one specifically.
The staff here has always been wonderful in the mornings!
They have been excellent about handling long lines and large orders!
I can also always count on this location to get my order right and be consistent about it!

THIS IS THEE BEST DUNKIN DONUTS IN THE COUNTRY!!! And I’m a truck driver, been to MANY locations and NONE of them can compare to the awesome customer service as this location. Every single time I come here (almost daily) I’m greeted with a smile and FRESH HOT coffee!!! No matter the time of day! It’s like the Chick-Fil-A of Dunkins!!!

Out of half the doughnuts had two people employees at the register with no one else in the place we were told we had to place our order in ourselves. What !
Hash browns was oil n burnt taste. Ordered 2 avacodo toast , 1 large chi tea , I large Black coffee and 2 buttered croissant’s. Employees where complaining about co- workers also tired of working was supposed to be off and the other two complained about them being the only two that would be working when they left. All the places in the store to sit down at was dirty n not wiped down. Sad , bad management and work environment.
