I don’t come here often but the few times I have I didn’t have any issues. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Last time I went, Erica helped me with my order and she was super friendly and energetic and went above and beyond with my order which was much appreciated.

OMG! The laziest and worst Dunkin Donuts ever! Do they pay attention to what a customer orders? Do they care? Do they get the simple instructions correct whenever ordering a breakfast sandwich? Do they really care? No no and he’ll no! With so many other Dunkin Donuts why would I or anyone else patronize this establishment? The owner couldn’t care less. Each day I attempt to order a double toasted English muffin with butter and instead I receive a mushy muffin and no butter. Is it too much to ask? Here’s my two cents. If you’re considering eating here. Run like your the last two monkeys boarding Noah’s Ark and it’s starting to rain! You’ve been warned folks!!!

Been coming to this dunkin for some time. Well lets start by saying the staff is always changing thats one problem I can see. The other thing they are always out of certain items. 7 out of 10 times on simple orders they will mess something up. Missing items burnt food the list goes on. I go back every once in a while because its the closest one to my house and in route to work. This place is a very poor example of Dubkin and I hope soemthing changes soon.

I understand the whole short staffed and being busy, but what I dont understand is: the lady tells me they are out of the pastries I ordered, I said fine just give me the coffee… I gave her my card and she still charges me for the pastries… When I ask for the receipt, she panics and asks for my card back .. she thought I was not going to ask for the receipt and didn’t fix my bill… I still gave 4 stars because this is a one off on this location, but they need to make sure the employees are being honest..

The staff can be nice depending on who’s working. My coffee order is only right half of the time. And half of the time they decide to lock the front door, not wear a mask and wear regular clothing. Nothing is ever consistent. Anything but convenient.

I got to this Dunkin from past several months over the past few weeks customer service has deteriorated to such upsetting levels that i wrote to Dunkin corporate about this location. They sent me templated response that we will look into this, nothing else!
Staff is not courteous, yells at you at the drive-thru, close the lobby to limit orders(and probably are too lazy anyways), orders are wrong. I remember an employee at the drive thru came to work so sleepy that she dropped my credit card out of the window instead of handing it to me. One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been through. I hope corporate takes note of terrible service at location which is hurting dunking brand tremendously!

If I had a dollar for every time they were rude to me or got my order wrong I would have enough money to buy everything off the menu. The girl who works there in the morning is so rude it’s unreal. Always has an attitude & is snappy. It seems like no one is properly trained- or maybe none of them have human decency idk. I have never in my life had a good experience at this Dunkin’

The staff was really nice. Drive thru was super slow. Coffee and donuts were good. My snackin’ bacon was burned badly. I found one edible bite. I was so disappointed.

Made it clear they are a franchise and can charge whatever they want for random things. Don’t want to give receipts, trying to hide something? Skip this place and deal with reputable owners.
