Well it’s dunkin not mush to say I miss the days all these places made there own doughnuts had there own bakers you could actually smell everything being made. And now there’s so much Preservatives and them. They don’t even taste like doughnuts anymore. It tastes gummy, Doey,and sweet.

Bad experience. I ordered a shamrock coffee and they didn’t have it on mobile order. Now, since last summer i’ve just eaten the difference in $ when i order something they don’t have, dozens of times no brown sugar, no cold foam, no egg bites, no bacon croissant. Like fr, i can’t keep just eating $3 every time I walk in the door, so today I said, sorry, I need the money back. I don’t wanna be that guy causing a fuss over 2 bucks but honestly. The guy tells, the manager says you have to pick something else, so I said i don’t need anything else. Then the manager comes out and tries to say i have to pick something else or nothing at all. That’s not customer service. If someone buys something and you don’t have it, you give the money back, don’t take my money and tell me too bad so sad. They returned $1.25 but the actual difference was $1.60 but tbh I’m not coming back here cause of that experience. They could have said “if you want something else, we’ll give you something else, but if not, here’s a refund.” which is the right thing to say. Employees are very kind, friendly, I have no prob with them and have always had positive experiences here before, its just the managers interaction today that was really uncalled-for.

So just to start off I’ve just visited this Dunkin at 9:35 and closing time is 10 all i wanted was an ice coffee and a lady starts screaming at me that there closed. I was very disappointed

I had a DT order but I had to switch to in store pick up. The whole team was amazing, friendly, and in good spirits. You all were great! Although it was busy, they worked through it fast.
I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who had specifically helped me. She saw I had been waiting and grabbed what I needed. She was a black woman with shaved down hair, salt and pepper. Thank you!

Everyone that works here is so hard working and polite and friendly. must be the busiest Duncan in Jersey LOL and they still get you through the drive-thru quickly and get your order correct!

Love dunkin in general, but this location is on my tops list, dunkin/ Baskin combo, can sit, enjoy the view, people watch, near a hospital so if you don’t mind sirens its the place for you. And family friendly, at times though seems short-staffed, service is always great!!

I’m so disappointed and disgusted at the way customers are getting treated at this Dunkin. I have been a customer for a long time & for the last 3 months at least not only do you have to wait but I have placed & order & they have told me that they cannot provide it to me. Either the scanner is broken, they don’t have caramel, I have to pay in cash & the new one today that the coffee machine broke. I placed my order online & she said that I could call to get a refund. I spent a lot of $ in Dunkin my minimum order is 15 a day. They have no people skills.
