It’s a Dunkin!!
They’re pretty quick and they haven’t messed up my order yet.
They’re friendly, but also keep in mind they’re a stones throw from downtown Paterson.
Short version; they probably look at everyone with fine skepticism and I wouldn’t expect to be allowed to use the bathroom…. Although, if you could, you maybe wouldn’t always want to.

They have horrendous customer service, like I know is a fast food restaurant but at least the minimum they can do is to get the freaking order right . I specifically said not bacon and they did put hell of it in all the food it even looked like it was done on purpose. If you can’t understand something say it Jess .

Honestly this dunkin is trash. You can repeat your order a million times & they’ll still mess it up. They’re super rude too. Like they mess up & get mad at you for it. Needs better workers…

Stopped in on June 23rd to get a latte around 7:20 pm and the girl behind the counter who helped me was so friendly, very professional and attentive to the customers. I’ll be coming back because of her. The latte was perfect but her attitude was stellar. Love this place.
