The workers and managers of this Dunkin Donuts are the best I’ve seen on customer service among any others I’ve visited previously.
They’re really nice and attentive to you, while doing their best to make sure you’re satisfied with your customer experience.

Some of the employees aren’t always polite… And if I order pickup, there’s almost always something wrong if it’s a big order. But if I go there, and order a few things, I will get what I ask for. Could be better but not the worst Dunkin.

This Dunkin’ is best one ever I visited.All employee are good and they do very fast and nice service.Jasmine and Kazi are the best. They work fast more than others. I always get my coffee before I’m telling them cuz they knew what I want.Best place for eating and chill with friends or family.Parking always available here and neighbors are so good and quiet.

My stomach got so upset after drinking the coffee in the morning. i believe the cream was old. I went to work after purchasing a cup of coffee from this store and I have to leave my work due to the unexpected condition. I am extremely sorry, I drink coffee every day on way to my work but I will never drink coffee from this store. Also, talking in front of the customers in their native language. shame on those employees.
