Attention manager of this store hygiene is a must.
I stopped for a macha latte, this place is nice is clean, everything was fine till I went to the register and ordered s jelly donut, the guy at register has gloves on, but then takes money cards everything with gloves also my donut without a napkin protector discusting. What is the point wearing of Gloves

This place used to have good coffee and other food options, but the quality has just been horrible. I order through the mobile app frequently to not waste time and to make sure my order is correct, but unfortunately the drinks or food always have something wrong. Waiting times are also ridiculous especially for just one drink! I wish they would get better staffed and fix the accuracy of the orders.

Hands down—this has to be the friendliest Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited! Extremely polite and energetic staff who give service with a smile! The person who took our order at the drive-thru was patient and even waved at us when we got to the window.
I haven’t even taken a bite of my food yet, and even if it’s trash, I wouldn’t care because considering this area has some of the most miserable people, this Dunkin makes you feel like you’re in the South! A+ will only visit this location

Nice place. Drive thru wrapped around the building. Went inside and found only a couple of people no line, clean dining area w/ comfortable seating.
Also has Baskin Robin’s ice cream. Staff helpful and at 3:00 in the afternoon the wall of donuts was full – coffe rolls, bagels, chocolate filled croissants, and of course donuts donuts donuts.

Here at this dunkin, 8:19 pm; for smoothies. They told me the machine is broken but the truth is that they doesn’t want to make it and cleaned up everything this early for tomorrow. I can see is four employees working at this moment and this early they’re doing this or told to do so by manager need to be taken care of.

Place is terrible. Waited 20mins. the guy was having a full blown conversation with the car in front of me for 10 mins. They finally stopped talking and I waited another 10mins. Eventually I just pulled away and left. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dunking I went there for an ice coffee and they give me a coffee that just taste like water, I went back and ask her if she can make me another coffee and she give me a really bad look and just went to talk to the other girls in their lenguaje which I don’t mind they just need to be a little respectfully because I never ask her In a bad way I even say please and she got mad because they make the coffee that just taste like water

Mobile order was placed over 5 mins before getting there but my order was not done when I got there. The workers didn’t realize there was an order to be done until I waited a few minutes and told them that I had placed a mobile order

Your basic Dunkin donuts. Ran by white people so it’s not that great. Not being racist, just saying. Only time I have good experience with Dunkin is when they are not ran by white people lol. And yes I am white so…. Go ahead and call me racist hahahaha. White people should not operate Dunkin donuts.
